The entire process of converting our 45-year-old bathtub/shower setup to a modern walk-in shower was fantastic from start to finish. Drew was our salesman and he was incredible. His knowledge of the product was so extensive and at no time during our meeting with him did we feel rushed or pressured to buy. He outlined the many possibilities we could choose from, always keeping our personal preferences in mind. He also laid out clearly the different finance methods we could choose from to pay for our project. John and Joe were our installers and the reviews about these two guys on the website was stellar. And once they arrived at my house the reviews were so accurate. They were so knowledgeable, extremely friendly and courteous, and unbelievably hard workers. They offered us suggestions during the installation, which was appreciated. You could easily tell that these two guys have worked as a team. When they were done they left our place so clean you wouldn’t have known installers had been there all day ripping out and installing a new shower. I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend this Bath Fitter group to others. In fact, if I used them again I wouldn’t even get multiple quotes reflecting how impressed and satisfied I was with them.

We are so pleased with the job Bath Fitter did in our bathrooms. We had the tub/shower replaced in both our bathrooms in the same week. John S. did all the work. He was professional, pleasant, paid attention to detail and answered all of our questions. His work is phenomenal and I would recommend him and his office out of Auburn NH. to anyone looking for a good quality product. We love our bathrooms now.....good bye to the old and faded tub/shower. We thought that Bath Fitter only did tub over tub repairs, but were pleasantly surprised they do complete tear outs and replacements. They also guarantee their work. We look forward to referring friends and family looking for bathroom remodels. The only issue we had was some confusion on the final price with the sales person, but he quickly communicated with us and clarified everything. Thank you.

We had a walk in shower installed by John last week. He did an amazing job, and completed it in less than seven hours. He was friendly, neat and hauled away the ugly 40 year old tub/shower and all the other debris. The bathroom is now absolutely stunning. Thank you John! Our initial meeting with the sales representative Drew was easy. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing exactly what we needed and wanted. The only thing we had to do for installation was open the door to let John in. He took care of everything else. We are so pleased and highly recommend Bathfitter.

Joe and John did a wonderful job. We had some plumbing issues that delayed the installation of our new shower but once we had those resolved, they came in quickly and had our shower up in one day. It is so much cleaner and brighter (see photos), and Joe and John were great; very professional but friendly. We especially appreciated their covering the floor throughout the house. We highly recommend them. A couple weeks earlier, Ryan and Joe redid the downstairs shower because of an issue with the floor. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased with their work!
