Seth explained everything about product, install, and benefits of a Bath Fitter tub to shower conversion. Can't thank Seth enough for creating the perfect shower solution for my family. I’m happy with every aspect of my Bath Fitter experience. When I bought my townhouse, it already had Bath Fitter installations in both bathrooms. The previous homeowners had been so pleased with their first installation that they later did a second. But by now, the first installation was 20 years old and needed repair. I talked to Amy Phelps at the Bath Fitter showroom in Ridgeland, Mississippi. It took her only about five seconds to locate the previous owners’ contract. Even though their warranty did not transfer to me, Bath Fitter Ridgeland still stood behind its product. (Bath Fitter has since made its warranty transferable.) I had a contractor renovating the rest of the house, and the Bath Fitter work had to fit into the flow, so I had ongoing phone and text communications with Amy about scheduling. She responded promptly to calls and texts and was always helpful. My new installation is done now, and it turned out exactly like the models in the showroom. Plus, it’s not only beautiful but also—according to my installer, Billy Bishop—ridiculously easy to maintain. He recommended using a spray glass cleaner like Windex! As for Billy, he was skilled, professional, and efficient, and he left the work area cleaner than it was before he started. Will I still be pleased with my new tub and shower in 5, 10, or 20 years? I don’t know. I do know that Bath Fitter in Ridgeland was still around after 20 years to replace the previous owners’ first installation and that their second installation still looks great. Bath Fitters did a stellar job on my new installation, and they warranty their materials and their work. That’s good enough for me.

Very pleased with new shower. Want to thank, Seth, Amy, and Cam that we dealt with. Cam worked very very hard and did a wonderful job and was very polite and neat and explained. Kaden was his helper and also very polite. Only thing I wished I would have done different is got pivot shower door instead of sliding doors.

The Salesman was very helpful and understandable to help me figure out exactly what I needed and how they would accomplish that. they did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up very well at the end of the day and finished it the next day right on time. The installer WasVery nice and Very respectful and did A great job. It all looks and works great so thankful we chose Bass fitters of Jackson.

Great installation for us. It was a great experience for us from start to finish. Employees from to installers to finish were great, timely and efficient. We are very pleased with our tub unit and we highly recommend Bath Fitters of Jackson MS.
