Zintex Remodeling great bunch to work with. Our showers look great! Seth and Sam took care of us! Seth is a professional, he communicated the process ( what he was doing ), he took care of our house, laid done tarps, changed his shoes at the door on the rainy days, a great person to work with.

Zintex came to my rescue right when I needed them the most. I had an unexpected fall, surgery, and needed a safe shower immediately. I was in a strange older home and needed help because I was leaving the hospital. So, I reached out to Zintex. Gaston, a field sales rep, made a quick appointment with me. He assessed my situation, we discussed what I wanted to do, what I absolutely needed to do, how much funding I was comfortable expending, and payment options. At the end of the meeting, I had an install date, an approved loan that Gaston helped me complete that evening, and a team that had my back. Did I have to wait? Yes, of course. I had to wait less than a month. Kudos to Gaston; because of my situation, we got an earlier install date. Alli checked in continuously with how the plan was proceeding, Gaston was in the background to answer any questions I had, and Matt arrived on the arranged install date as planned. There were no surprises; other than how beautiful my walk-in shower looks. The thing is, they are there if I need to make changes. You guys, it was so easy. Do not doubt this company. They are quick, reliable, dependable, and respectful of everyone. Let's be happy that the work and product have a lifetime warranty as long as you are in the dwelling. How great is that! Our account manager Alli Woodward did a fantastic job keeping us informed about the project as we went along. She let us know where, when, and how as we went along. Our Field Manager Sam Burwell did a great job making sure our installer had everything he needed to do the job to our specifications. Our installer Seth Sirrs was just EXCEPTIONAL!!! Seth was very knowledgeable about the process, very polite, and answered all our questions along the way!!! Seth was always in time, always ket us know what to expect each day. Both showers are just beautiful thanks to Seth's craftsmanship!

My bathroom is the most awesomest walking shower ever. Now. I no longer have to feel afraid of stepping into a high backed tub, and possibly falling. The people were awesome. They were friendly. They laughed, they made me laugh. We just had a good old time putting in the shower. They told me every step of the way we measured the shower head to make sure it was the right height, we checked the holding bars to make sure they were in the exact right place for my arms and everything was just perfect. I highly highly the highest highlys recommend them.

Highly recommend this company! Our design consultant, Alex, was a pleasure to work with. Seth, from the Austin area, handled the remodeling work and did a phenomenal job. I had a bathtub converted into a shower, and new vanities were installed in both bathrooms.
