Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta

Very impressed with JBR from the initial consult to the installation process. We met with Brad Schafer, who led us through our consultation, explaining everything thoroughly. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the company which helped instill trust and confidence in who we would be working with. Once we decided to move forward, picking out what we wanted to remodel our bath area was smooth and effortless. The communication between JBR up until the remodel was very well done. The day of installation we had Xavier, Jason and Keenan as our technicians and they all did an excellent job. They are Kind, professional, making sure to prepare their work areas (so they don’t drop any mess or dust around), cleaned as they went, and afterwards. Xavier is the absolute sweetest: he is intelligent, hard working, and you could tell he absolutely knew what he was doing. He was kind to our little ones when they came home from school and wanted to peek in at the process and at the end was very helpful with informing us about how to care for our shower going forward. Overall, they all did a phenomenal job, we LOVE our walk in shower, which we had replaced from a garden tub. It’s so bright and beautiful and we are extremely happy to have made the decision to do this.

Just got a new Jacuzzi shower installed today through Costco. Very impressed with the whole process. Our JBR installers Xavier, Jason, and Bryan did a fantastic job. They are very good at what they do. I also appreciate their customer service. I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi for anyone needing to upgrade their shower and for Xavier, Jason, and Bryan to do the install.

We had our Jacuzzi shower installed through Costco, and the crew of Xavier, Brishna, and Wyatt was great from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated clearly at every step, and were very detail-oriented. They were also genuinely nice to have in our home, a little funny and very charming, which made the whole process easy. Highly recommend, and we'd ask for this team again.
