Just got a new Jacuzzi shower installed today through Costco. Very impressed with the whole process. Our JBR installers Xavier, Jason, and Bryan did a fantastic job. They are very good at what they do. I also appreciate their customer service. I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi for anyone needing to upgrade their shower and for Xavier, Jason, and Bryan to do the install.

My 2 technicians were great! Xavier and Jack were on time and worked and cleaned up to the job was complete. The only issue the technicians had was that my pan was oversized and were not able to check the drainage at the shop. I would recommend that for larger shower pans the technicians have an able way to check for slope to the drain. I haven’t been able to use the facility yet because of wait time on chalking. On the sales side I would recommend that JB include shower curtains and have available designs for the consumer included in the price.

Mike from JBR who installed my Jacuzzi walk in shower was very professional. Him and 2 other guys who were assisting him , protected my floor and stairs and completed the job in a timely manner. After finishing the job, they left the area clean and spotless. Mike took the time to explain how to care for my bath and answer all my questions and concerns. The project was done very smoothly from the moment I met with their representative Devin until the total completion. Will definitely recommend Jacuzzi Atlanta Baths to everyone.

Sergio and Jonny did a wonderful job removing our tub and wall covering and tiles. They leveled the shower pan and worked until it was finished. The walls match the floor tilrs really well. We are very happy and pleased with this remodel. Thanks guys!

Great experience with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Atlanta. From the salesman to the installers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason and Brian were our installers and they did a fantastic job - very friendly, efficient and thorough. Here are our before and after pictures. We love our new shower!
