The techs Xavier and Benjy were super friendly, respectful and detailed with their work, as well as reviewing everything beforehand and post- installation care instructions. Surpassed our expectations! Cleaned up everything so it looked better than when they entered. We love our new walk in shower. So spacious and beautiful!! Thank you, guys! We recently had our Jacuzzi bath remodeled, and I can confidently say the installation team—Sergio, Jonny, and Jose—exceeded every expectation. The installer did a good job and it looks nice but being an older home, you would expect to have some issues and we did. Once they removed our existing tub, they realized two electrical lines needed to be moved and the dryer vent. So I had to hussle to find an electrician and a vent installer. The production manager had little patience with my problems and told the installer to rip out the dryer vent and move on. When I refused and told him to wait until the dryer guy came, he came to the house to school me on his vast experience and that there was no reason to wait and I obviously didn’t understand how this was messing up his production schedule. That should be my concern?? It was finally completed and they wanted me to sign off before the final inspection but I said no. Inspector came and when he filled the shower pan up, it was leaking out onto the floor. They came back out and the installer forgot to caulk the inside of the door. It looks great but for the high price tag, I expected a flawless customer experience. They had to cut the trim and left it unfinished. I doubt they would have done that in their home.

I am very pleased with our new wet space. The guys were very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. Jacuzzi will be doing my next bathroom remodel. Very good workmanship

Your installers, Khalid & Kendrick, did a wonderful job. They told me what to expect throughout the day. They were very communicative. The installation went well. I am very happy with the results
