Excellent experience with the entire Bath Fitter team at 6155 Jimmy Carter Blvd Ste B, Norcross, GA!!! I did get 3 quotes for my two-bathroom remodels and price wise they came in the middle, but the quotes weren't exactly the same as the lowest price had a lot of add on costs I would have had to work through. Bath Fitter was quick to respond to my inquiry. They sent Tim Steele to my home, and he is a seasoned professional in the industry and helped us work through both bathroom solutions in a low-pressure helpful manner. We were replacing old fiberglass tub shower combinations and Bath Fitter does a complete rip out and replace of those instead of the fitted overlay. One feature I liked was they provide one seamless wrap around wall, not a three or four panel wall that others do. His quotes were detailed A-Z solutions. They order all the materials, perform the installation, and then are there for any future warranty work if needed. No subcontractors, only Bath Fitter employees. One bathroom we replaced a tub/shower combo with the same and one we replaced with a shower only. We got some great options including a folding shower seat, dual shower heads (one handheld), plenty of grab bars and shelves, etc. The Office Manager - Maureen Gribbins was quick to order the materials. That allowed the Administrative Assistant Krystal Fields to schedule our two jobs quickly working us into their work schedule, but only ripping one bathroom out at a time and the installations only took one day each. The office team was great at handling all my follow-up questions and a few quote adjustments that Tim helped us work through. Billing was a breeze and secure. Finally, they sent us a great two-man team for both of the installations, Lead Installer Markerry Hatten, and his second Jeffrey Calouro. They were both excellent and it was amazing to watch the process. The foundation and walls underneath the Acrylic were reinforced and the tub and shower basin floor are well supported. No problems and again done in one day per bathroom!

I had an excellent experience working with Zavion Henry from Bath Fitter. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. Zavion took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with each step before moving forward. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. We were faced with replacing a 60+ year old bath tub with a new walk-in shower in a very small bathroom. Bath Fitter did a GREAT JOB from sales, to financing, to scheduling, to completion and clean-up! Cerry and Jeff arrived on time, were respectful of us and our home, and delivered a beautiful new walk-in shower that far surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend them!

Pedro was the lead installer for my new tub and he did a great job. My old tub was a nonstandard size and was a mess. Pedro's experience and skill really paid off to overcome the issues involved. Jeff was his assistant and did a good job too. Tim was the salesman who also did a great job working to give me three different options to choose from both in design and price range. The two year interest free account with Wells Fargo through Bathfitter was a good option for me as well.

Bath Fitter installed a new tub and shower for me in November and did an absolutely beautiful job! I have been so happy with it. And it was all done in one day as promised. I then had new flooring installed by a different company a couple of weeks ago, and the flooring installer messed up the trim where the tub meets the floor. I asked Bath Fitter if they could possibly come out and fix it for me, and they said they gladly would! Jeff Calouro came out this morning to replace the trim piece and make it all look nice again. Many thanks to Jeff for a great job! Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend Bath Fitter.
