I absolutely recommend Bath Fitter for a no fuss, no mess bathtub or shower installation! From the beginning with my sales consultant Sara, to the installation with Michael ,they were professional, knowledgeable, and capable. They created the bathroom I'd imagined. I will recommend Bath Fitter of Pensacola to anyone wanting to redo their bathroom. A lot of contractors and companies make promises they fail to keep, but after the way they handled my installation, I truly believe Bath Fitter will keep theirs. I hope Michael gets his tip for a job well done! ~Lori Santana

Kenneth was our installer on both of our new tubs/showers. He did an amazing job. He covered our floors from the front door where he entered all the way to the bathroom. He was very intentional about everything he did and when he left each day there was no mess. Very efficient and polite! Excellent. 5 stars

I had Bath Fitter remodel a shower in one of my bathrooms in Virginia 15 years ago. Still looks new and no mold. So, I needed 2 done on my rental condo near Destin and found the BF Pensacola branch by Google search. They did two in two days and financed through Wells Fargo at 0% (depends on your credit). Kenneth and David did an extraordinary job and were great to work with. See the photos. Highly recommended!

Goodness, I cannot remember the installation guys name now, been over a month- believe it was Mike or Mark. But whoever he was , he had a bit of an accent and he was the Superman of shower installers.i was actually floored when he arrived (alone) to removed my oversized jacuzzi tub & install a beautiful new shower. He was professional, kind, and proficient. Wow! Just wow!! Give that guy a raise for real. He killed it! Did so good!! Would recommend bathfitter & this guy / their product to anyone/ everyone. I would do it a million times over.and just like their motto says: I do smile ever time I look at my shower.AMAZING!! If you’re on the fence . JUST DO IT!! Second best decision I’ve ever made, only second to accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord & Savior💯 😎 DO IT!! Give this guy a big raise!! Thanks Mike 😍 Well done , sorry it took me so long - God has me in an accelerated masters program Take care of you. ~ Mary John 14:6

We had a tub/shower conversion completed by Bath fitters. When the tub/shower conversion was completely installed, it looked beautiful! The corner edging around the window looks great! The shower door and panel was custom made to fit our tub/shower conversion. It looks awesome! Bath fitters stands up to their words and representation.
