We had such a great experience working with Seth Ware at Bath Fitter! From our initial consultation all the way through getting our projects completed, Seth was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He genuinely cared about making sure everything came together the way we wanted and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciate all of his help and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We highly recommend Seth!

So after seeing dozens of ads for Bath Fitter on the tv, Facebook, etc I finally managed to coax my grandma into letting me call them. My grandma is getting up there in age and has continually voiced her concerns and worries about possibly falling in the shower and how it hurt her to climb over the high walls of her tub and that's outside of the fact that her old shower has been installed since she got the house (a good 23-ish years,) both were dingy when we got here so was beyond time for the upgrade. We got suuuuuper lucky and got assigned to Seth Ware, a damn good man who was beyond patient and friendly, treated us like family and his knowledge and expertise on the products is INSANE. He didn't mind having to explain things to my grandma a few times over and happily made a bunch of really amazing recommendations so that her new tub to shower conversions in both bathrooms will look absolutely stunning and be safe for anyone that visits and stays with her later on. The designs are also a good bit wider than the current tubs which will be a god send as they're sooo narrow right now and turning around for anybody is already a major pain. He even went over just how easy the new glass doors and shower are going to be to clean and how well the product resists yellowing and staining which was a huge thing to my grandma aside from the safety concerns. In her golden years she wants a home that's comfy, inviting, spacious, and low maintenance and with Seth's help I know without a second thought that she'll definitely get exactly what she wants with these bathrooms and I couldn't thank him and Bath Fitter enough for this sense of security and safety for my grandma. We have our differences, but I want her safe and taken care of and it was such an absolute blessing to have someone come in and not just see us as a paycheck or "easy money," but as real people with real concerns and needs. We've never had anybody come in that was handling repairs or renovations who's had such an amazing temperament. Y'all should seriously give the man a huge raise. He's such a blessing of a person and the greatest consultant we've ever had the pleasure to do business from literally ANY company we've ever dealt with. He's absolutely fantastic and I know the bathrooms he's designed for her home will be just as amazing 💕 thank you so so much!!

Seth ware was on time with his appointment with me. We talk a bit about what all they could do for my brother who is disabled for a walk in shower. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and we looked at the bathroom and he then went over a build out pricing was good as well. Over all experience with him was awesome. Would recommend him to everyone

I went with Bath Fitter after doing a lot of research and finding overall they have great customer reviews. The fact that they offer a lifetime, transferable warranty sealed the deal for me. Sarah, who visited and provided the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable; she was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful suggestions. The installer (I didn't catch his name) was very friendly and completed the shower to tub conversion in about 7 hours and it looks great! I definetly highly recommend Bath Fitter!!

Bath Fitter of Jackson We had a Bath Fitter shower installed 18 years ago, and they truly stand behind their warranty. Derek Patrick inspected it and approved a full replacement without any hassle. The new shower was professionally installed by Mr. Karl Decker, who arrived exactly on time. He was incredibly respectful of our property, making sure to protect our home during the work. Karl addressed all our concerns, cleaned up the workspace perfectly, and met all our expectations and approvals. We could not be happier with the service and quality. Bath Fitter of Jackson is the best - you won’t be disappointed.
