The company completed a full remodeling of our rental unit. We are out-of-state owners and we were very pleased with communication, project management, timeline, and quality of work. Both the owner of the company and the project manager were extremely professional, understanding, accommodating, patient, honest, and supportive. We did couple of small projects with them as well and also were very impressed with quality of work and reasonable prices. We highly recommend the company and will continue to use their services. Artem and team were professional, timely and excellent. Highly recommend. The worst part of my home is now the best part of my home. They supplied the cabinets, countertops and did all the work. Every member in their team, be it the person who handled the plumbing, to the person who did the tile and the team handling the flooring, went above and beyond. We’re about to start our third project with Lazy Susan. Have recommended them to all our friends. The first set of images are the after, the last set of images are the before.

I greatly appreciated the work done by Lazy Susan Design & Remodeling team. We had a “refresh” done. They also tiled the fireplace in the dining room to match. The team was very responsive with us throughout the whole process. I valued that the design came with a detailed invoice and renderings. There was a huge successful coordinated effort of painters, counters, electrical, plumbing and appliances. Took about 3 weeks. Cost was similar to quotes we had from other companies. They did a great job and we love it! We will be back in a few years for our bathroom.

⸻ Great experience with Lazy Susan! They did an excellent job renovating our kitchen. What really stood out was their reliability and clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. We were on vacation during the renovation, and when we came back, the old kitchen was gone and the new one was fully installed—right on schedule. We weren’t looking for a high-end kitchen since we planned to rent out the house, and Lazy Susan provided an affordable solution without sacrificing quality. It’s been four years since the work was completed, and everything is still working perfectly—no issues at all. One thing that really impressed us: about a month after the installation, the granite countertop started to sag slightly at the seam. We reached out, and they responded immediately—sent a technician who came out, fixed it quickly and properly. No problems since then. What I appreciate most is that even after the project was finished, the owner stayed responsive and available. Highly recommended!

Our kitchen and bathroom remodel came out great - on time and on budget! Kudos to the PM, Kris Beem, for keeping multiple balls in the air and getting us back in our house in time for Thanksgiving.
