First used Regency back in 2018 for our kitchen renovation and were very impressed with their craftmanship. From start to finish they had wonderful design ideas, attention to detail and the project stayed on budget and was completed on schedule. So without hesitation we chose them again this year for our primary bathroom gut job . We had an challenging space, they had again provided wonderful design solutions. The crew were wonderful, punctual, professional and their craftmanship shows in all the details. There was great communication throughout the project, we' d know exactly what time they would be starting and they were always here on time, dedicated to the task. Big shout out to Sam (Owner) which is super responsive and very receptive to any questions throughout the project. Also the talented crew Taras & his brother, Navar to name a few! You guys were amazing! We love our new bathroom! Thank you! Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Regency Home Remodeling created our dream bathroom! Bruce explained their process so well at the very beginning so there were no surprises. Their years of experience and professional reputation gave us access to the best suppliers to work with to pick out materials for our space. Their expert team of plumbers, electrician, and installers put all the pieces together as Sam managed our project and kept all the plates spinning to complete the project on-time. ON TIME! Everyone we worked with was professional, courteous and talented in their area of expertise. They showed up every day, on time and kept their equipment organized and cleaned up each day. This was the EASIEST home project we have done, yet it was one of the biggest. I just can't get over how simple they made it and how BEAUTIFUL our primary bathroom is now. After receiving recommendations from others in our neighborhood, we met with Bruce and contracted with Regency for a complete rehaul of our kitchen and one wall with new cabinets in our family room. Iwona then provided measurements and suggestions for the layout of cabinets. Sam and his team guided us through every step of this journey and we always felt we were in very capable hands. Greg was at our home promptly at 8:00 every day and always ready to work hard all day (as well as Mirek and others when needed). They were detailed and committed to meeting our high expectations, were as neat and protective of our home as possible, and cleaned up each day. Sam was very professional and oversaw each major step of renovation, kept us informed of what to expect next, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We are not only happy with our new kitchen, but greaty impressed with their work, and highly recommend them! Thank you, Regency, for doing such a fantastic job!

It's been 5 years since Regency completed my master bathroom remodel. They started in November after Thanksgiving and didn't finish until March the next year. So many things were wrong with the project - beginning with inexperienced workers (they pride themselves on "employing" all the workers and not farming work out - which only means none of them are professionals). The electric never worked correctly and the electrical box in the basement was completely screwed up. We had to demand an actual electrician when the lights would continuously stop working. Arthur, the guy that did all the framing and finishing work was also very bad. After the first shower use we had water leaking into the new ceiling. Now, five years later, the floor tile in the shower is coming up. I reached out to Sam to inquire about repair - his response was to question if I have taken well enough care of the tile - no attempt to assist with repair or offer any suggestions. I would strongly recommend hiring another company if you are considering using Regency. They talk a good game - but they really are NOT good.
