Metro Bath and Tile completely remodeled two small bathrooms that needed serious updating, and they did a great job. They removed the flooring, and took the walls down to the studs, replacing them with tiles we chose from their extensive collection. The results are absolutely beautiful, and super functional. Sean, Sam, and Mike made a terrific team who did meticulous work. Sean gave us helpful suggestions - such as how high to place shower seats and shelves, and how to best place the tiles to make the shower drain properly. Dust was everywhere - old plaster walls - but they did a remarkable job of keeping our house as clean as possible. They came across a couple of things that needed alteration, which incurred an extra charge, but were quite reasonable. Note - painting and the wonderful glass shower doors were our responsibility, but they provide assistance with those if needed. There was a hiccup at the end - not unusual in big projects - which they returned to fix and got it sorted out promptly. We have no regrets and would recommend Metro Bath and Tile highly. We love our new bathrooms!

Very pleased with the work done. We had grab bars installed, recaulking the shower tub and shower door frame. (Our bathroom (3) was orginally remodeled in 2008.) Work has held up e=tremely well. The technician was courteous and knowledge with the work to be done. I would definately recommend for bathroom remodeling and service work. We thought the price was high for what we needed done, but all good professional work is expensive. Thank you for a job well done.

I had a really great experience working with Metropolitan. I had gathered material on the look I wanted before I met with the designer. So she was able to quickly pull together materials and options. Working with her was a very pleasant experience. The man who demolished my old bath and did all the tile and plumbing work was a true professional. He was very careful and took great pride in his work. The man who did the electrical work was also careful and professional. They cleaned up at the end of every day including vacuuming from the second floor to my 1st floor entrance door. Since the plumbing work required cutting through a wall in an adjacent room, the finisher also did a super job in patching and matching paint color in that room. The finisher’s caulking work in the bathroom was also the best. Doing a bath in tile isn’t a cheap option so I wanted to deal with a good company and I found that Metro is the best. Before picture of old bath tub and dark tile and new, bright shower.(picture by taken with my phone and doesn’t really do it justice)

Kevin from Metropolitan Bath and Tile I had the pleasure of having Kevin visit my home to evaluate and create a proposal for the renovation of my two bathrooms. From the moment he arrived, Kevin was incredibly kind and professional. He thoughtfully pointed out valuable insights that will undoubtedly aid us throughout our renovation process. Kevin's transparency stood out as he clearly articulated the values and commitments of Metropolitan Bath and Tile, reinforcing our confidence in the company as a trustworthy partner. Impressively, he managed to draft a detailed project plan within just two hours, taking the time to walk me through each step with clarity and patience. We truly appreciate Kevin’s dedication and expertise. His approach has made us hopeful and excited about the prospect of working with him on our bathroom renovations. Thank you, Kevin, for your outstanding service and support!

Lovell is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and I definitely liked how he was willing to work with me on a start date. I would give Lovell 6 stars if I could. I was also very happy to hear about the warranty to go with the work to be done. The price was comparable to what was quoted to me by my regular plumber/associated construction company. However, I know I will have regular Metro Bath employees, not subcontractors, who will be dedicated to my bathroom remodel. In addition, the time frame to get the job done is indictative of commitment (~5 days vs. at least 2 weeks by the other guys). When you are having work done you want the people to be dedicated to the work and getting the job done for you; not having to be there one day and not be there the next because they are working on another project. The other guys I got a quote from just couldn't commit to that.
