Home Pride Bath has been great to work with from the initial quote through the finished install. Nanette met with us to discuss the project we had in mind for a tub to shower conversion. She made sure we could get the shower seat installed we wanted and still have their full warranty. We purchased the seat and Home Pride was willing to install it. This was a deal breaker with the prior company that had given us a quote on our project. We felt the wall hanging seat they would provide was not sturdy enough and they would not honor their warranty if we had the seat we wanted installed. Home Pride Bath was much better to work with. Home Pride kept us informed of the timing of the project while waiting on the material to be delivered. Once materials were in they scheduled the install quickly. Our installer, Nick, was excellent as well. He made sure we were comfortable with the placement of the grab bars, the main shower head, the hand held shower, and the niche shelf. He answered all questions and kept us apprised of progress while the install progressed.his work excellent and he cleaned up everything. He reviewed the warranty and told us to not hesitate to call if we had any further questions.

We set up to have two baths in our short term rental. We gave them a specific date after ski season. I was going to fly out to babysit and give final approval. Getting nervous I called Trisha at HomePride and she assured me everything was ready in their warehouse. The day before got an email they would arrive between 7:30-8:30am. They were a little late because of fog on I-70 and slowdowns at the Eisenhower Tunnel. John and Andrew showed up and were magnificent. I have never seen harder workers who were so careful. I witnessed them carrying a 280 pound drain pan up 3 flights of stars without harming walls. They worked late one day to set it done on time. Outstanding installation!

Working with Home Pride to upgrade our master shower was excellent all around. From our in-home design consultation with Stacy to the professional install with Kyle & Ky, it really was A+ service. All our questions were answered and the customer service was great! Very happy and a job well done. Before and after pics don’t do it justice!

Home pride just finished my bathroom remodel. They quoted me a price and time in which it would happen. 48 hours after the materials came in I had a new toilet, flooring, 60 inch walk in shower, Vanity, extra large bathtub, medicine cabinet and lighting!! Austin and Marcus were umbelivably efficient and professional. They went above and beyond. We are so thrilled were going back and having Home pride do our 2nd bathroom.

Everything about our tub to shower conversion process was clear, smooth, and enjoyable! We are very happy with the quality of our new shower, and Nick and Emily did a wonderful job getting everything just right. They explained the process clearly as they went and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We really appreciate the great job that they did and how easy the process was for us.
