“The skilled workmen acted in a professional manner and were very helpful in explaining their procedures and answering my questions. They included me in each decision especially when the kitchen wall cabinets were the wrong size. They continued to work on other things while we waited for the correct cabinets to be delivered. They were flexible to my desires and adjusted things accordingly including the placement of the island and the flooring. They even tried something new: my fold down desk. I plan to ask them to return to finish my basement.”

Significant delays in receiving product, which were caused by Covid-19 related shortages and slowdowns, we’re handled smartly, both by tracking down items and/or finding alternatives, and most importantly keeping the customer appraised.
