“WISA provided excellent work, at the originally budgeted cost, and did so with a high degree of responsiveness to our concerns and adjustments along the way. They were partners in realizing our vision for a finished basement, were responsive to our design adjustments, and produced an excellent final product. Our house is old and we faced numerous complicated challenges along the way. WISA addressed all appropriately and has since effectively responded to additional remit work that needed to be done. I have no hesitation in recommending WISA as an excellent and competitively priced contractor.”

“We have owned our home for over 30 years, and I've never worked with a better firm than WISA. The owner, Daoud, is a fine person and is dedicated to delivering quality work and excellent customer service. He has a very talented team, who are professional and wonderful to work with. When he bid the job, he arrived with a project manager and designer, who problem solved options and costs as I told them what we wanted. The designer is very talented and worked with us through the project . When the pandemic came, and we wanted to postpone starting, we had no pressure at all to start until we were comfortable -- which ended up being a year later. Daoud held to the original estimate, which he didn't have to, even though the cost of wood had skyrocketed. The workers were excellent, on time every day, polite and cleaned up, leaving things organized. We made additional requests as the project progressed (new sump pump, additional electrical updating, more cabinets for example) and they gave us estimates for each, followed by a change order we would agree to. Communication was excellent throughout. WISA is priced very fairly, but they weren't the cheapest. We had made the mistake before going with the cheapest bid. This time we wanted excellence and no headaches -- and we got it!. Topnotch people in every way.”

“Had our Master & Hall Bathrooms remodeled by WISA Solutions. Hired them because we felt they were an honest company and easy to work with. The project was completed in 3 weeks, 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Both bathrooms look great. Trash was removed daily, eliminating need for a outside dumpster sitting in front of the house. Any concerns or questions were handled appropriately.”

“WISA is a great company and did great work for us. They threw in some extras and were very flexible when we had ideas for additional upgrades. I will have them do more work for us. We did a large Master bedroom, finished some other spaces, added some electrical and lighting and painted the whole house. They were great! Our job was $68K, but in fairness the master bath is huge.”
