Eric, Willy, Shanae and the whole Basement Remodeling team did a stellar job finishing our basement! Not only did they deliver an excellent quality basement, but it was at a good price AND they finished TWO weeks early!! We were very impressed with the company’s workmanship, professionalism, and communication. I strongly recommend this company to remodel or finish your basement. We are very happy customers!

I am very glad we chose basement remodeling to finish our basement. My wife and I had a vision, and they were able to bring to life exactly how we envisioned it. Their communication, professionalism, timeliness was top notch. Our PM was Derek how did a tremendous job. Showed up anytime I needed something, would always have the contractors or himself fix/adjust anything I was not 100% satisfied with. All their contractors were professional, timely and respectful. From basement remodeling itself I wanted to recognize Willy, Giovani, Jorge , George, and everyone else involved. Additionally, after they completed the project in 2 months instead of 3 they have continued to honor their warranty anytime I contact them (very very minor things). I recommend basement remodeling to anyone planning to finish their basement. Top notch company. 1/13/25 update: just wanted to add Giovanni has shown up for a few minor warranty fixes/touchups and he’s delivered every single time we completely resolving very minor issues. Also just goes to show the company’s integrity in honoring its work.

Basement Masters did an excellent job on renovating the 600sq ft basement in our house. We had the vintage 1950's basement - checkerboard tiled floor, pine paneling over cement block, a half bath with a rough in for a full, and a dryer that didn't vent outside. Pavel was excellent to work with on the planning stage, walking us through the constraints of our basement, what had to be done to bring it up to code, and his itemized approach to the costs made his estimate transparent and easy to follow. Their price for everything was extremely competitive from all the quotes we got. The scope of the project was large for a smaller space, including full demo of the basement, creating a full bath in a new location, creating a laundry room in a new location, expanding windows in concrete block, and moving exterior door locations. Throughout the construction the crew was very professional and clean. They were very accommodating to minor changes we made while construction progressed, like adding in a recessed shelf to the tiled shower. The quality of the construction, plumbing, and electrical was all excellent, and we passed our inspections the first time without any issues. Their focus on project management ensured that they kept on schedule and finished on time, and Elena as the project manager was very good about updates on progress and keeping us informed on which tradesman was coming next and what fittings (vanity, toilet, etc) we needed to have and when. Renovations are always stressful, but Basement Masters made it smooth and straightforward. We are thrilled with the results. We have a beautiful full bath, a very functional and useful laundry room, and a transformed basement that everyone wants to use. We are very glad we used Basement Masters for our basement

We had a fantastic experience working with Basement Masters! We first contacted them because of the reviews we read, and we were not disappointed. The entire process was very smooth. From the beginning, the cost breakdown was very clear and well organized, and Pavel’s experience and knowledge was evident as we started discussing our ideas for our basement. The project manager Elena was fantastic, and we appreciated the ongoing communication regarding the project and help with the design aspects of the project. The process went very quickly (2 months from the day we contacted Basement Masters to completion, about 1 month once the work started), and the crew working on the basement were friendly, professional, and tidy. Our basement looks amazing, and I would recommend Basement Masters to everyone!

We recently remodeled our original 1980s-style basement with Basement Masters, and are extremely happy with the end result. Our remodel was extensive: we added a full bathroom, converted a hallway/closet into a larger guest room, consolidated our laundry room and added a wet bar/entertainment area with soundproofing. When looking for the best contractor for this project, we spent a lot of time researching, and had three different contractors provide estimates. Needless to say, we didn’t need another estimate after talking with Basement Masters. Their pricing was easy to understand and very competitive. Before the work began, the owner, Pavel, gave us checklists so we knew what items to pick out (and how much to spend to stay within our budget), which made the planning stage so much easier. The dimensions of our basement (bulk heads, ductwork, etc.) and the changes we wanted to make required some creative thinking. Pavel really helped us think through the planning before starting. He had great ideas for ways we could use the different spaces, and his advice was very helpful to finalizing our plan. Pavel was always easy to reach by phone, text or email, and he was very patient with our questions and ideas -- and we had many throughout the remodel. We had a few specific custom requests that Basement Masters hadn’t dealt with before; instead of telling us "no," they figured out how to get it done. During the remodel process, Pavel and his team were consistently on time, respectful and clean. They were willing to work around our schedule, and even worked on weekends (as long as it didn’t interfere with our plans) so they could expedite the project. Once the project was complete, Pavel came back and inspected everything with us. In the end, our basement went from being an outdated, unattractive and rarely used space to a modern, comfortable and inviting entertainment area where we spend most of our time and happily host our visiting friends and family. I would definitely recommend Basement Masters to anyone interested in finishing or remodeling their basement.
