Nate did an exceptional job of looking at our whole system and explaining his findings and answering all our questions. We asked for pricing on a whole new system and Nate and Alan gave us options and took the time to explain differences and add ons that we were looking for. Noah and Daniel did an excellent job with install and explaining everything they were doing to make our system the most efficient it could be. Noah also took the time to show me the controls and how they all worked including using the app on my phone! Jacci was also a big help with getting all the financing set up. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and will be recommending to all of our friends and family!!

Stephen stopped by yesterday for a tune-up after having some furnace issues this week. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. The system worked fine when he left. My furnace went out again last night. He promptly came back this morning and did some extra maintenance that aren't included in a regular tune-up. Again Stephen thoroughly explained everything he did and made sure I was happy when he left. He's extremely knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure everything is inspected and attended to. The second trip was on the company. I'd definitely recommend Stephen.

Nate showed up on time and was very thorough when looking at our multiple furnace situation. He tried trouble shooting with his manager to find a way to make our lives a little easier and not as costly, but unfortunately the way our house is set up it was better to keep it how it is and work with what we have. He did go over all of our options and what would be best for our home. He had a positive attitude and it was very easy to communicate when going over questions and information. He definitely made the whole experience very smooth and didn't push anything when going over package options. That is one thing we really enjoyed about working with Nate and his manager, is nothing was pushed or forced when it came to the end of our meeting and we walked away with knowledge, information and an all around positive experience.

Savanna always does an amazing job! She is thorough, clear, and friendly. She was quickly in and out of our appointment today as it was just the annual tune up and we have a new furnace. We should see her in spring for the ac annual visit. 🙂 Also we are apart of the monthly payment plan which is a nice convenience. So there is no large fee when we need to have an annual systems check to make sure all is good.

The guys were great and professional. Answered my questions on the new thermostat. All new furnace and cental air today. We had the estimate Friday and install today. We knew our furnace had to be replaced this year, but not how bad it had gotten. We got 25 years from our old furnace and ac, here's hoping we can get another 20 at least. Healthy home was very reasonable and gave 3 different options to choose from. Thank you to everyone who helped us out.
