Stephen did a thorough inspection of our hvac and airconditioning systems. He was able to explain to us what was working and what was in need of repair. He cleaned the outside condensers, flushed the refrigerant and measured the efficiency and airflow. What I like the most was the time he took to review and explain to me what he was doing. With 3 units in our home he really helped us understand how our airflow worked!

Home Health offered to inspect and test our furnace for a donation to Paul’s Pantry. We asked if they could also do our A/C which they did for a very reasonable fee. Our tech, Casey, was very friendly and she did a great job. She was very well trained, knowledgeable and super helpful. She recommended additional services for our system with photos to verify the need. We thought the quote for these services was kind of high so we will likely get some other quotes. Overall we are very pleased and recommend their services to others.

Brennan was excellent and professional. He was able to wait for a few minutes while I got back from dropping my son off at school. He also communicated everything very clearly and well. He was even able to notify me about a snake in the yard. Excellent excellent service.

Our furnace was only blowing cool air. We initially called outside of business hours and left a message, but when we didnt receive a call by 8am, we called again. We were able to have a tech (the awesome Casey) at our place around 11am. We worked with her a few months ago on a major duct rebuild, so we were glad to see her again as she is super knowledgeable and friendly. The labor was still under warranty so we only paid for parts. We hope to not see anyone again for awhile, but if we need it, we'll be glad to have Casey looking out for us.
