AONE replaced our HVAC in May and the experience was absolutely wonderful! This experience we had was because our hvac got “flagged” as a piece of it being improperly installed in our home inspection, as we are preparing to sell. To all of our surprises mind you. The staff on the phone and at our house handled this odd situation so well! They had someone out the next day, Taylor Rogers was kind, knowledgeable, witty and friendly. We also asked him to check our electric panel as well, which was not discussed beforehand. Taylor handled the added request like nothing and took the time to reassure us that absolutely nothing is wrong with our hvac or our electric panel. The experience and time was great. Thanks AONE

I had an excellent experience with A-One Refrigeration, Heating & Electrical. Our technician, Taylor, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient from start to finish. He arrived on time and on the same day I called for their service, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with our HVAC system in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was Taylor’s attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. Rather than just fixing the problem and leaving, he walked me through the cause of the issue, explained the repair process, and provided helpful recommendations to help prevent future problems. His honesty and transparency gave me confidence that the work was being done correctly. Our AC quit working in the 100 degree heat. Taylor came at 8 pm and fixed it really fast. The 2nd day he came right away when something else went wrong. For the 3rd day in a row, superhero Taylor came to the rescue. He's been at our house so much that he's becoming part of the family. Which is very welcome for everything he's doing to keep our house cool. He goes above and beyond any other service person I have ever had. And we've had many come through our house the last 25 years. I can't say enough about what a wonderful person Taylor is. I will ask for him by name anytime I need help with my HVAC. He's the best!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Martin Quintero. He was the technician that serviced my rooftop dryer vent. He was on time, very professional with outstanding customer service skills. He did the best job and the price was reasonable! I would highly recommend Martin for any of your HVAC needs.

We appreciate Taylor so much for coming to our rescue. Us and our babies were dying in this heat and at 7pm he came and helped us get cool air back. Able to enjoy nice conversations while waiting on stats to show improvement. If you call, ask for Taylor. We highly recommend!
