Breakaway Air has been right on the mark. They are super responsive and reliable. I had an issue a few weeks after they did a large repair job. They immediately came out to find the problem and have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue. I have been working with Adam and Dylan and they are super considerate and conscientious with their customer service. The office receptionist is very friendly and helpful also. Dalton came out after hours to help with an issue we were having at my house. I appreciate his honesty and his patience to help me in understanding what was going on. He worked hard to get us air for the evening until our part arrived the following day. I’d highly recommend giving them a call if you have any issues.

From the time I called and booked my service appointment until the actual visit was complete I received a 5 star experience. I called for service and was able to be scheduled for the same day. The woman who answered was very kind and listened to me rant about other experiences I’ve had and all about the problem I’m still experiencing. The tech who came out was very professional and friendly. I’m very pleased with the service experience and I’ll for sure be calling back for any of my AC needs.

I had a great experience with Breakaway Air. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. No pressure, no upselling — just honest work. My AC was cooling again within the hour. Excellent service all around.
