Fast was wonderful! After a horrible experience with a competitor, Fast took care of us, explained what we needed and didn't try to upsell a bunch of work we didn't a tually need. They gave us a lower quote for duct work, arrived the next day with 3 employees and did the replacement in less than a day. They stayed in communication throughout and checked on us the following day to make sure things were still good. I'd definitely recommend Fast!

Today’s HVAC service turned out not to be a thermostat issue after all, it was a blocked condensate line. FAST of Florida, service technician, Kalieb Henry was excellent. He explained everything clearly, got right to work, and resolved the issue quickly. I did feel the price was a little more than I was expecting for this type of work. However, I can highly recommend and I will absolutely request Kalieb for any future service.

Well, I was not Melvin's first job of the day, so he was scheduled to arrive during the afternoon. There was a large bathroom plumbing job at hand, which usually requires two techs and a solid day. But, Melvin was motivated to start and complete this undertaking TODAY. Starting around 1ish and rolling out after 7 pm, with no breaks, I might add. The job was completed, completed well, and completed in one afternoon/evening. I told him he could come back tomorrow, but he was not leaving until it was finished. Gotta love that spirit. I even offered to make him something, but he politely declined.

Buddy from Fast of Florida has been our HVAC technician for several years and we always request him for a service call. He is polite and conscientious and pays attention to detail.
