Today’s HVAC service turned out not to be a thermostat issue after all, it was a blocked condensate line. FAST of Florida, service technician, Kalieb Henry was excellent. He explained everything clearly, got right to work, and resolved the issue quickly. I did feel the price was a little more than I was expecting for this type of work. However, I can highly recommend and I will absolutely request Kalieb for any future service.

Buddy from Fast of Florida has been our HVAC technician for several years and we always request him for a service call. He is polite and conscientious and pays attention to detail. My FAST technician, Buddy, is just great! What I did not like is that the company FAST will not allow their technicians to pour a little bleach or white vinegar down my AC drain. I've always done this simple maintenance myself, but my current air handler is my attic in a spot that I am not physically able to access myself. Instead, FAST is promoting a system to slow release some chemical into the drain automatically. C'mon now... it's all about the money, and I'm not pleased with this at all.
