David T was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire service visit. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was that he treated the AC system as if he were working on his own home, making sure everything was done right. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such outstanding customer service. I highly recommend David T for anyone needing AC service.

Fast of Florida just completed the free semi-annual review of my a/c system ... compressor & handler. The service techs, Joe and Thomas were absolutely fantastic ... thorough, professional and very polite & friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. It's the second time that Joe has been here and I would recommend asking for him and you will receive excellent service. Also appreciated, that they made recommendations for additional products to enhance the system, but they did not badger or use high pressure. Overall a very pleasant experience. I feel confident that I am in good hands with Fast of Florida and especially with Joe and Thomas servicing our system. I would not hesitate to use them for any services that they offer

We signed up for the Comfort Club and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semi annual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date how far away they were.

Joe was terrific, super knowledgeable, helpful, and just all around great. The team at FAST has won my business 100% from now on. Joe was great but so were their customer service folks, the company wants your business and for me they’ve won it.

Aaron was awesome from coming to inquire what the issue was as to repairing the wiring behind the stove today. He made sure all the burners were working. The oven element was working when I tell you he found the burnt wire in the back he went above and beyond he’s a true asset to fast company. He deserves a bonus, a raise and employee of the month and year he’s awesome and explained everything to me thank you very much Aaron. Have a blessed day..
