Alexander K., "Alex", was my plumber from FAST of Florida. Replacing a condo unit's main valve in a 40yrs+ bldg is difficult. Having to do it in a tightly confined space makes it even more so. Upon arrival, Alex was very personable, pleasant, and professional. His years of experience were very apparent as he completed the task like the pro he is. And, he did so in a very timely manner. Unlike some plumbers, he totally cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend asking for him by name for your plumbing needs.

I recently gave this company a good review but need to amend that due to issues that arose since then. 8 visits with 8 diff technicians and 48 days later, we are left with a hole in our living room ceiling 4" x 10" big they refuse to repair. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won. Lesson learned

Fast of Florida just completed the free semi-annual review of my a/c system ... compressor & handler. The service techs, Joe and Thomas were absolutely fantastic ... thorough, professional and very polite & friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. It's the second time that Joe has been here and I would recommend asking for him and you will receive excellent service. Also appreciated, that they made recommendations for additional products to enhance the system, but they did not badger or use high pressure. Overall a very pleasant experience. I feel confident that I am in good hands with Fast of Florida and especially with Joe and Thomas servicing our system. I would not hesitate to use them for any services that they offer

We signed up for the Comfort Club and the level of service has been exceptional. Thomas explained what they were checking out during the semi annual visit and provided a detailed list of items I need to keep an eye on. He also provided an estimate, if we wanted to move forward on the repairs/maintenance. The appointment was during the time we agreed on and I received notifications as the tech was assigned, once they were about 30 minutes away and a cool map on my phone to stay up to date how far away they were.

I always feel like I am in good with Tony Gonzales. He takes the time to educate me to help me take care of my AC. He always knows what is best for the customer. I feel valued when he speaks to me. He. Had already diagnosed the problem just by what I said on phone. God Bless Tony Gonzales.
