I want to highly recommend Super ABC Plumbing Air & Heat Company who just installed my new residential hot water heater today. My technicians, Joseph Luna and Fzelle Grant were so professional and pleasant to work with me. The installation was done in 2 hours with no mess and a beautiful new AO Smith electric hot water heater now functioning perfectly. I have a 6 year warranty in place and feel so relieved that my installation was done correctly and I will have long-lasting performance. They were highly skilled technicians.

Scott Carter did an absolutely wonderful job of restoring my faith in ABC. I had my entire HVAC unit replaced a couple weeks ago and the installers made a couple mistakes that I found after the installation. Scott drove for an hour and a half to get to my house at nearly 7pm, fixed an issue with my UV lamp, installed a brand new smart thermostat for me, and answered every question I had with a smile on my face and kind conversation included. He is fantastic and I hope every employee at ABC can be like him!

After being told by another company that we needed to replace our entire tankless water heater, we decided to get a second opinion and that decision made all the difference. The plumbing technician Dannis Perez who came out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the real problem instead of taking the easy route. He took the time to carefully troubleshoot the system, explained everything clearly, and worked tirelessly until he found the issue and fixed it. What impressed me the most was his honesty and dedication. In a world where many people look for the quickest solution, it was refreshing to meet someone who truly cared about helping the customer. Because of his expertise, patience, and persistence, our water heater is working perfectly again without needing a full replacement. The experience was so positive that we even decided to subscribe to their membership because of the trust and confidence they earned through their service.
