I recently had Ranger Heating and Cooling install a new electric heat pump and furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Josh and Kyle did an amazing job with the installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. I also want to recognize Lucas, the electrician, and his partner for their outstanding work. They were thorough, professional, and made sure all the electrical components were completed safely and neatly. The entire team was friendly, respectful, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Ranger Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable HVAC installation and excellent customer service.

David and Michael from Ranger Heating & Cooling were very professional and efficient while installing our heat pump. We had cleared a space for the unit to go in this flower bed with a brick border. They removed just the perfect amount of the bricks to make the unit fit and line up perfectly with the remaining brick border. It was a job well done. They were very courteous by always having booties on whenever they entered the home and left not a single speck of mess from their installation process. They left it better than before actually. They were quicker than expected as well. Just really satisfied all the way around. They explained everything very completely and thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next thing. They did not leave until we didn’t have any more questions and were completely satisfied with everything and understood everything, including the new smart thermostat. They even helped us put the thermostat app on our phones. They were just great, and I’m happy I went with Ranger. I suggest you do too. Thank you, Ranger and David and Michael. Their pricing was fair, their communication was excellent, and we always felt like they had our best interests in mind. The Ranger Bravo crew of Josh, Jackson and Kyle were awesome! Right from the start they all introduced themselves and were courteous, they took off their shoes before coming into the house and layed down drop cloths, I was having a Trane heat pump/AC unit installed to replace my 48 year old electric furnace as well as a new smart thermostat. Jackson went right to work removing the old furnace and Kyle got busy outside getting the AC unit installed while Josh walked with me as I showed him where everything was going and he THOROUGHLY explained everything they were going to do and how long they expected to be there (maybe nine hours but they were done in 6 hours). Not long after the install crew got there the electrician Lucas arrived and after explaining what he was going to do he got to work and knocked it out, his work was outstanding! Josh was very knowledgeable about everything and very helpful in explaining how everything was going throughout the day and showing me how everything worked and he was patient in explaining how to set up the thermostat on my phone. I know this is a long review but I can’t say enough about how the Ranger crew was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable as they went about their business. The price I paid was 3k less than two other quotes I received and they filed all the permits and rebate paperwork. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Ranger for your heating/AC needs…Bravo Team!

Miles, Tyler, Dom, and Jackson from Ranger Heating & Cooling were great through the whole process of buying and installing our Mitsubishi mini split system. They were finished in a few hours and everything turned out perfect. The price was good also and I recommend them to everyone.
