Here I am, basking in the cool air of my freshly-installed electric heat pump (with gas furnace backup). It has been a long-time coming, and I’m so pleased! Joe Hamlin came to my home to go over all of my options, and then he and Trevor came by for a 2nd time to measure everything again to make sure all was perfect ahead of the install. My furnace is in my attic, with some tricky intricacies, so I really appreciate that they thoroughly checked everything out. In a matter of just 2 weeks, I was able to get my systems installed by Michael, Bennett, and Kyle. They were friendly, explained everything well, and kept my home clean. 2 of my plants had to be dug up for the pad & heat pump, and they took great care in doing so. I also had a new bath fan installed, as well as adding supplementary duct work and a new register put into the ceiling of my office. My home office sits above my garage, and less insulation meant that my room gets hotter and colder than the rest of the house. This solution means I will have a more comfortable experience while working, and it’s the room I spend a lot of time in. I recommend Ranger with confidence to my clients, my friends, and my community. Thank you for a job well done, and cheers to not feeling miserable anymore on hot summer days! 🥳🥂

I recently had Ranger Heating and Cooling install a new electric heat pump and furnace, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Josh and Kyle did an amazing job with the installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. I also want to recognize Lucas, the electrician, and his partner for their outstanding work. They were thorough, professional, and made sure all the electrical components were completed safely and neatly. Michael & Kyle did such a great job installing our new Daikin heat pump! They were so courteous and professional, and they gave us a great briefing on the system once done. It was nice they made sure to answer all of our questions. Ryan was also very thorough and friendly when he came out to evaluate what we needed and wanted. We love our new unit, it’s working like a charm! Great company with awesome employees! THANK YOU!

David and Michael from Ranger Heating & Cooling were very professional and efficient while installing our heat pump. We had cleared a space for the unit to go in this flower bed with a brick border. They removed just the perfect amount of the bricks to make the unit fit and line up perfectly with the remaining brick border. It was a job well done. They were very courteous by always having booties on whenever they entered the home and left not a single speck of mess from their installation process. They left it better than before actually. They were quicker than expected as well. Just really satisfied all the way around. They explained everything very completely and thoroughly and made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next thing. They did not leave until we didn’t have any more questions and were completely satisfied with everything and understood everything, including the new smart thermostat. They even helped us put the thermostat app on our phones. They were just great, and I’m happy I went with Ranger. I suggest you do too. Thank you, Ranger and David and Michael. Every aspect of the job was professional! They were extremely excellent with communication, on time and very knowledgeable. There was a little glitch with the fussy system that I chose, but after a super long day they were immediately back out the next morning and had my new heat pump up and running. Every single one of the technicians were personable and hard working. I would recommend Ranger Pro to anyone.
