I had received a recommendation from a family member about their positive contact with the Ranger sales representative. After having the same experience, we replaced our original 33-year old furnace. Installers arrived on time, ready to go. They were very polite, introduced themselves and provided several updates throughout the process. They left all of their work areas spotless prior to their departure. Shoe covers were worn while inside during thermostat install, entering/exiting crawlspace, etc. (Also, I was impressed with how well the two technicians worked as a team, along with their level of professionalism). The digital upgrade (to 21st century) thermostat class was provided in full simple detail, after install. (Thank goodness for the "+/-" buttons for temperature control!). They went over the filter change schedule and final service paperwork was explained. I was very pleased with my product right away. I have noticed that our house is alot warmer during the first 30 minutes since install and the preset is still just under 70 degrees! Thank you very much, Ranger Heating & Cooling!

Ranger Heating did an outstanding job from start to finish. Donny was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward a furnace that fit both our budget and the needs of a family of five with allergies. He recommended adding the CleanEffects filter and an air scrubber, and even after just one week we can already feel a noticeable improvement in our home’s air quality. Jacob and Jackson handled the removal and installation, and their work was excellent—efficient, clean, and very professional. They walked us through everything afterward and made sure we were fully set up with the new thermostat, which we really appreciated. I can’t remember the scheduler’s name, but she deserves credit too. She was extremely understanding and helped us get rescheduled quickly during a stressful situation with our old furnace going out. Thank you, Ranger Heating, for turning a tough situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. Highly recommend!

Miles, Tyler, Dom, and Jackson from Ranger Heating & Cooling were great through the whole process of buying and installing our Mitsubishi mini split system. They were finished in a few hours and everything turned out perfect. The price was good also and I recommend them to everyone.

I definitely recommend Ranger if you find yourself looking to have your furnace replaced and or serviced. Donny was great and able to troubleshoot the issue faster and more accurately than the other techs that we had out while attempting to get second opinions. As for the actual install, the guys that came out were really respectful, knowledgeable and were able to install the new furnace in a few hours. Josh and Kyle worked well together making the whole process really easy. Kudos to Donny, Josh and Kyle as I highly recommend their services and support. Thank you Ranger for bringing heat back to the house. Keep up the great work Ranger!

I had a great experience with Ranger Heating and Cooling from start to finish. My parents’ furnace suddenly stopped working, and after doing some troubleshooting myself (and watching more YouTube videos than I expected), I concluded the inducer motor was likely the issue. I called Ranger Heating and Cooling, and from that first call, everything felt reassuringly professional. Liz, who helped us on the phone, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by pulling up my parents’ service record all the way back from 2019 and letting us know the furnace was still under warranty. She clearly explained that the part itself was covered and that we would only need to pay a small labor fee. That alone was a huge relief. Scheduling the appointment was seamless. The text message updates were very helpful, and the online system for checking the estimate and cost breakdown was impressive—honestly far more modern than what I expected from a furnace company. Their whole workflow felt smooth and well-designed, almost Amazon-like in how easy it was to follow and understand everything. The technician who came out was just as professional. He fixed the issue efficiently, explained what had gone wrong, and walked my parents through a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I also appreciated that all of this information was accessible through the link provided in the appointment text message—it made everything very transparent and easy to review later. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Ranger Heating and Cooling made what could have been a frustrating situation surprisingly easy, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if our furnace ever needs work in the future.
