Cody was great. We thought we needed our ducts cleaned after a remodel but he said they didn't look bad. But we hadn't had our furnace serviced since installed about 5 years ago. So he went ahead and did that. He checked the blower and showed pictures of how dirty it was, so we had him take out and clean that as well. He was very courteous and used booties when entering the house. Thank you for the work.

I realized our A/C was not cooling down the house during this last bust of heat we got. I called a company whose ad I had seen that appeared to have honest, high reviews. The scheduler I called said they were pretty booked up due to the heat, but would try to work us in. I got a call back from a repairman, Chuck, who come later that day. After much time spent in 91° heat assessing why the motor wasn't clicking on, he said it had to be replaced. He explained all of the details to me and that he would see if their supplier had the same model in stock. The company called back to say they had located one, would pick it up, and the same repairman would make it a point to come and install it the next day! Given the circumstances, I felt Pristine went over and above what many companies would do in order to please us, to make sure we understood the problem, and to make our home comfortabe again. Cody was able to come earlier than scheduled and called first to make sure it was ok. He then reviewed our needs and advised we didn’t need the services we had arranged for. He recommended other solutions to help our hvac needs instead. We found him honest, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. When we move forward we will reach out to Pristine in the future.

Just moved into my house and knew the vents desperately needed to be cleaned. I found Pristine Air Services on Yelp and gave them a call. The man who answered (his name escapes me, my apologies) was very friendly. He let me know their pricing, about their running deals, and was able to get me set up for an appointment a week later. Cody came out and was awesome! He was so friendly, answered all my questions, left no mess, and made some suggestions for some other things we may need to get done for our furnace. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, their customer service is top notch, not to mention they’re efficient and priced well!
