From the start with Rob all the way to the awesome crew at Day and Nite. Chris, Scott, and Jimmy came in and got us exactly what we needed. These guys were professional and was very knowledgeable on the old system that we had. Rob worked with us and not against us like some other companies I have experienced in the past. This is the second time we’ve had Day and Nite out to our home in Sammamish. Jake and team were terrific at diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. Installed a new T joint and hot water line, used better quality materials than what was there previously. Great communication throughout for timing and arrival on a busy work day. Left it cleaner than when they arrived.

Zachary came out with a partner to work on several projects we'd been putting off. They replaced our water heater, replumbed under the kitchen sink, fixed our guest shower, replaced an old hose bib with a new anti-frost bib and added a regulator under the house to get our water pressure to code. They inspected things the next day after we first called about a problem; then we scheduled the work for the next week. They were on time both visits and finished all the projects that day at the time they'd said they would. They were friendly, thorough, and double-checked everything. Plus they were super diligent about keeping our dogs from escaping the house and communicating with us to keep the dogs inside when they had the side gate open for their work. We've used this company in the past and they've been good each time, but I really liked working with Zachary. He even gave us a free furnace maintenance visit which we scheduled for a few weeks from now. Very happy with Day & Night Plumbing.

Very happy with our service. We started with a service call and ended up needing to purchase a whole new heating unit. We shopped around and compared quotes from 3 companies. They were the only ones that provided a full detailed explanation of each step they were going to do and the actual cost of it. The workers showed up on time, had great communication and were very skilled and professional. We were very impressed with the entire job. Recommended all around! Also our new Bryant heating unit is awesome and quiet and works great!
