Bobby (and Adrian) were absolutely fantastic!!! Arrived so fast after we called that we were shocked. They were knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and kind. They did their job quickly, carefully, with results that exceeded expectations. They left zero mess behind and went above and beyond to help us - even though it exceeded their job description because we were in need. They were also patient and wonderful with our inquisitive children. Our 6 year old son Cole said he wants to be a Plumber now! I think he may have the skills for it! (Lol) I’d hire both of them again in a heartbeat- best service call ever from ANY company. If you need help- call Aqua! A+++

Franco did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. His work was thorough, efficient, and well-done, and he left the space clean when he finished. I really appreciated his calm, confident approach and attention to detail. My wife , I are very pleased With AQUA AIR & PLUMBING. WE LOVE HAVING A WARRENTEE ON ALL PARTS & LABOR ,FOR 10 YEARS. WE HAVE ONLY HAD OUR NEW CARRIER A AC UNIT 1 ,MONTH. THE AC UNIT WASN'T COMING ON. I TRYED TO START it by my phone & it said it couldn't connect the WI_FI. So we called AqUa air. 2 hours later the repair guy. Came to our home. He took apart the panels in the Air Handler. He figured out the problem, very Quick. It was a defective transformer ,he took out the bad part & got a new part from his truck! He installed the new part in a few minutes WE have a 4 ton unit, with a × stage motor. THE unit is so Quiet, & Runs very Efficiently!! We haVE A 10 YEAR WARRENTEE ON. PARTS & LABOR. That's hard to beat. We had Del_Air for our 1st 10 years at this home. They were terrible. We had a 1] year WARRENTEE with them & had the unit checked, the repair person said our Capastor didn't have much life left. He charged us $180. For it. I said we have an extended warranty & hesaid the part has to be shot, to get it under warranty. Wrong. It took us 1 year to get our money back. The part was under WARRENTEE. The Company is Family owned , & I can't say enough about how personal these people Are, & Honest!! The repair person Sandro was very good and very Knowledgeable!! P

Sandro was here to evaluate my HVAC malfunction. What a nice guy, He clearly explained exactly what he was doing and made some suggestions for future issues. I could not ask for better service. That has been my overall experience with AQUA. We also use them for our water filtration system.

Franco from Aqua Plumbing was AMAZING today. Any tech in the past I have also had from Aqua has also been great. I have always trusted Aqua Plumbing and Air for their service. I used to work at a neighboring business and I first-hand saw their training facility and learned about the training they do for their techs. It shows. I highly recommend Aqua Plumbing and Air. I have to have some work done but the quote and price also was significantly better and more fair than the competitor.
