Until we met with Rick Kinsella, we had already met with 5 other AC companies & had made our minds up which company we were choosing & we chose the Bausch AC. But then Rick!!!! Rick was very professional, provided us lots of info about AC Warehouse, but never degraded other companies. He shared lots of information on My Bausch is no longer built & made in Germany, but now parts come from China. He knew my brother bought his AC from AC Warehouse & told me to check them out. My husband & I liked learning about the various brands & the Japanese Daiken. He told us about the 12 yr warranty for parts & labor and the super nice thermostat. As a USAF veteran, I was happy to get a military discount. My brother gets a $150 gift card for our referral! Additionally he offered us 1.5 yrs same same as cash purchase. And then he got our install scheduled for the very next day! My husband was immediately ready to sign! Also Rick made sure we got scheduled for this past Thursdaw And 2 rooms had some venting changes to make them cooler! So we think Rick Kinsella is AWESOME!

Carlos and Iose did an excellent job. They are very professional and courteous. They are definitely a great team that takes pride in their work. These guys deserve a raise. This was a complete removal and replacement of the HVAC system. Update: another unit had been worked on. Corey did an excellent job. 5stars.

From the very first meeting, I knew I had chosen the right company. Rick was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He provided excellent information, gave me a very fair price, and I was able to receive my proposal and schedule the installation during that same visit, making the entire process simple and stress free. Installation day was just as impressive. Ismael and Sergio arrived on time, got right to work, and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and craftsmanship while installing my Mitsubishi mini split. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work were outstanding, and they made sure everything was installed correctly before providing basic information on how the system operates. I also appreciated that AC Warehouse includes so many important items in their installation, such as a surge protector, hurricane tie downs, permits, pressure testing, nitrogen purging, warranty registration, and a free maintenance visit. It shows they focus on protecting your investment instead of cutting corners. From start to finish, AC Warehouse exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused HVAC company.

Mat was very professional and proficient in his job. His presence was not intimidating and as questions were being asked he was patient and knowledgeable which made me feel more confident that my equipment was in great hands. Thank You Mat.
