Thank you Airtron, we have AC again. Amazing and fast. First thank you Edgar for quick booking with Jeff. Jeff was truly amazing and professional with his knowledge. Did everything i asked for to call first before ringing the doorbell or knock. He understood my dog situation. He went on details and answered all our questions and concerns. As for the guys who put the systems, they are all very hard working, professional, fast and friendly people. Thank you Azhaea, Ricky and Jose. You guys did a fantastic job. Amazing customer service to all of you. Your company did not make us wait for quotes and serviced. Right away we were scheduled and it was done quickly. Thank you for the clean up as well. Loved it.

Ricky and Jose, the technicians from Airtron, came out to my home for maintenance and did an excellent job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I have a service agreement with Airtron, and they consistently stay on top of scheduled maintenance. Their communication is clear and reliable, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Airtron and their team.

I have used Airtron for over 6 years and they are great! I recommend getting their home care plan. I have used them a ton over the years, especially during summers. Today I had them come to fix a damaged air duct and they were able to get me a same day appointment. Mark arrived early and kept me updated on his ETA. Upon arrival, Mark explained the issue and quickly repaired the air duct and explained the work that he did.

Don’t ever go with Airtron. We bought a house that they put the system in and undersized the unit. We have been getting the run around for almost two years now. And they have sent 15 technicians to the house to check the unit and all say unit is running good. But the senior technicians all say the unit is undersized and they are refusing to replace it and keep coming up with every excuse in the book. Our house gets to 84 degrees in the house in our kids rooms and they don’t seem to have any care about it. Took us two weeks to get a hold of Julian since he said he was going to reach back out to us. Finally talked to him today. Gave us the whole run around about our system and told us maybe our expectations were too high. I don’t think having the house at 74 on a 100 degree day is too much expectation when the house is reading 82 in most rooms. I would never use Airtron for any maintenance or repairs due to the fact that they can send senior techs to the house and then pretty much tell us the unit is undersized but the managers in the office want to say different.

My experience with airtron is poor (current dates of experience are from 06/22/26 to 06/24/26). We used them as they are the repair service for our warranty (new build with chesmar). Our AC is not blowing out cold air. We were scheduled twice. First appointment time Tuesday 5-10pm, received a call around 9:30pm that they won’t show. Then we were rescheduled from 12-5pm on Wednesday (next day). We had to call them at around 5:15 pm and wait on the phone for 30 minutes to get told they’re not going to make it and reschedule. So we’re rescheduled a third time and will see if they come. Just know that if you work with this company they make appointments and then cancel, and say sorry nothing they can do. I don’t know if they are booking to many appointments, have a lack of employees or what have you, but be careful if you choose to work with them or give them your business. They could improve this if they either hire more people or contract out their work to other reputable HVAC technicians since obviously they don’t seem to have enough employees. Not sure what is the point of making appointments if they have no intention of keeping them. Maybe 3rd time is the charm?
