Thank you Airtron, we have AC again. Amazing and fast. First thank you Edgar for quick booking with Jeff. Jeff was truly amazing and professional with his knowledge. Did everything i asked for to call first before ringing the doorbell or knock. He understood my dog situation. He went on details and answered all our questions and concerns. As for the guys who put the systems, they are all very hard working, professional, fast and friendly people. Thank you Azhaea, Ricky and Jose. You guys did a fantastic job. Amazing customer service to all of you. Your company did not make us wait for quotes and serviced. Right away we were scheduled and it was done quickly. Thank you for the clean up as well. Loved it.

Ricky and Jose, the technicians from Airtron, came out to my home for maintenance and did an excellent job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I have a service agreement with Airtron, and they consistently stay on top of scheduled maintenance. Their communication is clear and reliable, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Airtron and their team.

We just have out HVAC system maintenanced by Emmanuel Williams and he was awesome. He was very perfessionel and nice. He told me everything he was going to do and walked me through everything as he was performing them. During this he was also very informative on how things work and what to look out for. He mentioned things previous technicians did not. He took his time with everything and didn't just rush through everything. He was by far one of the best Technician we had since being with Airtron. They really are lucky to have him working for them.

Review Update: It has now been two weeks since my husband left Laura a voicemail, and we still have not received a return call. The lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. Customer service has been extremely poor, with no accountability or effort toward resolution. Overall, the experience has been very unprofessional and disappointing. I recently called Airtron to inspect my AC because I noticed a persistent freezer-like or sweet smell whenever it was running. This issue had been ongoing for a few weeks. When the technician, Mark, arrived, he found a small mold growth during his inspection. Instead of addressing the actual problem, he recommended purchasing an Ultra Max UV light. Two days after the installation, we turned the AC back on, and the smell was still there. The technician installed the UV light behind the coil, even though the mold was located on the opposite side—meaning the UV light could never reach it. Rather than cleaning or treating the mold directly, he sold us a UV light that did nothing to resolve the issue. I called Airtron to request a refund, but no one has followed up or offered any solution. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the failure to properly fix the problem. I would not recommend their services.

Alan A came out to service my unit! He was very respectful and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he would be checking. He also explain each step he was completing as he conducted the maintenance. I was very pleased with the service he provided. They give you a 7 hour window that the technician will arrive with a 30 min call before they are in the way but you can always request a hour window in which they will call within the hour of arriving.
