Our AC capacitor went out on the hottest day of the year here in Vancouver, with temperatures reaching 97°F. Revival Heating & Cooling was able to get us scheduled and repaired within 24 hours, which was a huge relief. Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He arrived within the promised service window and had the repair completed in about an hour. I’m extremely pleased with the service and how quickly they got our home cooling properly again. The experience was efficient, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be using Revival Heating & Cooling for all future HVAC service and maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

We had to replace our entire HVAC system due failure from age. The whole experience with Revival Heating and Cooling from estimation, options review, purchasing and installation was so smooth it was actually a very pleasant experience. We were given adequate options and a ton of information to be able to make decisions on replacement systems. They were never pushy and went out of their way to make you feel like a contributing part of the process. We determined immediately that Revival was wholesome and honest and was the company we wanted to do business with, we didn’t even get quotes from other suppliers. The installation was scheduled quickly and performed professionally. The installation crew was orderly, clean, friendly and very professional. All members of the crew had excellent communication skills which was very refreshing. It was very obvious from the crew’s attitude and conversation that they truly enjoyed working for Revival. It was very important to us that we work with a locally and independently owned America first business. I will be recommending Revival and using them for some future projects.

They were quick! I was not expecting someone to be able to come out on our hottest days but I had AC before dinner time and that’s a huge win. They were very responsive, kept me updated on when they would arrive and our tech provided great information regarding our system. There was not trying to sell me on something I didn’t need right then, provided education on systems and best way they work. Just a great experience. I’ll be using them for my maintenance and any HVAC needs from now on.

I highly recommend Revival Heating and Cooling for your home heating and cooling needs. Our 20 year old furnace and air conditioner were giving us problems for a few months until the furnace finally gave up the ghost. Robert met with us on 12-23-2025 to listen to what our needs were, and came back the next day to review several systems that could deliver what we were looking for. We chose to replace our heating/cooling system with a high efficiency heat pump and furnace. Revival was able to start work right away to enable us to use the rebates and tax credits available that expired after 12-31-2025. Emily, Jamie, and Kate did a great job communicating with us at all times to set up the installation. Tristen and Curt started on 12-29-2025 and were able to install the heat pump and furnace in 2 days, and were able to get us heat on the first day with the furnace (much appreciated). They were able to change the direction that the filter slid in and out, which was a huge hassle with the previous furnace. The heat pump was installed the next day, along an Ecobee smart thermostat. They were extremely nice to work with and really seemed to enjoy working together. After some further instruction on the proper way to program the Ecobee for the heat pump we were up and running!

When our family needed a heating solution for an attached ADU we got quotes from more than one local HVAC company but ultimately chose Revival. Absolutely no regrets with that decision! Revival was amazing from start to finish. First off, Robert, who did the inspection at our house, was super knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us multiple options for how we could solve the problem we were having, unlike competitors which didn't bother to explore various solutions. Next, the installation process they proposed was better integrated into our existing infrastructure than the competitors. Another major HVAC company we got a quote from wanted to run electrical lines through conduit on the outside of our house, while Revival proposed running the lines through the crawlspace which was less intrusive (but was more work on their part and included some drilling). Not only all that, but Revival's quote was lower in price AND included buyer protection in that if they were wrong about the work needed Revival claimed they would eat the extra cost. The competitor was more expensive and provided no guarantees, saying that if unexpected challenges came up during installation that the price could increase. Absolutely loved both the work Revival did, and the way they operate their business. Would highly recommend!
