Yonathan and his crew did an excellent job installing a new unit in our home. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. They were done an hour earlier than they originally told me. Excellent service from start to finish!

Michael was the best service repair person I have ever met. He was extremely couitous and I never had anyone keep the area he was working in so clean. He left it cleaner than when he started. Every one of your employees should follow his lead. If he does heating and AC I would like to have him service them as well. He was very detailed and explained what he was doing at each step. The best of the best.

Our AC broke unexpectedly and we found out it needed to be replaced. I started contacting companies and gathering quotes and it was overwhelming. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor I called Western State and they have a tech at my house within 2 hours. Jason Hagerty was so helpful with providing not only an affordable quote but a lot of helpful knowledge to make sure we made an informed decision. Joel W did a great job keeping my AC unit working until I could get it replaced. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate all he did. He was honest and explained to me what was wrong. I will definitely have him come back for maintenance.
