I had a new 4 ton central heat and AC system installed yesterday by Rinaldi’s AC and Plumbing. I could not be any more pleased with the team and the work they did. It started with Gary coming out to my home and explaining what needed to be done and what to expect once I decided to move forward with the job. Then came the time to remove the old unit and install the new system. Joel and Danny were here exactly when they said they would be. They were extremely polite and personable while they worked hard to meet all of my needs and answer questions about the job they were performing. The entire job was done efficiently and the new units look fantastic! I would highly recommend Rinaldi’s for anyone looking to get a great job done by a hard working and honest group of professionals.

Today Rinaldi’s Air Conditioning and Plumbing installed a Rheem 18kw tankless water heater and a Halo H2 Zero Ultimate Filtration and Conditioning System at my home. The 2 installers, Brenden and Gabriel, were 5 star all the way. They were on time, very patient in explaining every aspect of the installation, cleaned up, easy to talk to, and all around most professional! I highly recommend Rinaldi’s.

Incredible company. After 7 different quotes - they couldn’t be touched! No one came close to price/quality of new HVAC/ power savings/ info & overall professionalism. Garey was a fantastic/ straight shooter and his techs Clarence and Vincent are HARD workers! WOW! Super impressed! They took the pain right out of making such a big purchase for our family. The unit is so quiet we don’t even know it’s on! Highly Recommend!

We had a great experience with Rinaldi. They came out late last evening and then returned again today to make sure the plumbing issue was fully resolved and to help prevent it from happening again in the future. The technician, Gabriel, who helped us was extremely communicative, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand what was causing the problem and what could be done moving forward. It’s so appreciated when someone is not only knowledgeable but also patient and personable during a stressful home issue. We truly appreciated the prompt service and follow-up, and we would definitely use them again.

Daniel and Vincent are true craftsman. I had a full replacement of our HVAC system. The work was professional, prompt, and efficient. Both technicians were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions and assisted to program the new smart thermostat along with our mobile phones for mobile access. When they were finished, the area was left spotless. I would highly recommend Rinaldi.
