Wow! what a great job, Osvel Torres the technician was amazing the whole team went beyond my expectations ,They rook their time to explain and walk me through the whole process, I highly recommend the company, thank for a job well done. Other than Adam the sales person lying to me, you see he had no reason to tell me that I was going to received a $46 refund for the diferencie on the price quoted and the finance charged. A company like this don't need lying sales people

Adam was the first to come out and inspect the units. He was super helpful and was willing to work with me. Cameron, Angel, and Jean did an amazing job with installing everything and staying to make sure everything works. I definitely recommend United States Heating & Air!

On the morning of December 30 US AC and heating technicians arrived. They set up their equipment and started working on the outside and the inside at the same time. Lincoln and Camron did an awesome work. Checking the system for leaks and making sure everything was working right. My hat off two the team work of guys. Very professionally done. They were happy to answer questions that I asked and explained what the system should be doing. Thanks to Lincoln and Camron for an excellent job.

KEEP AWAY I do not recommend Pro Tech. Since US HAC has been taken over by Pro Tech, expect exorbitant rates. Expect very friendly salesman and technicians, but they use that to try to lure you to trust their high prices. They do not honor USHAC warranties (I had a 10year parts and labor warranty on a 4 year old unit). I bet you’ll need a new water heater. 1. HVAC issue where mold was growing on the sealing between the blower and the attic. Instead of a technician to solve the problem, they sent 2 salesman who tried selling me a UV light (which would do nothing because the light is before the mold growth and would get contaminated when going into the attic), entirely new ducts (after only looking at the first two feet of ducting), a new seal replacement, and a water heater (not kidding) all totaling over $30k. Or a “bargain” $1k for new sealing. They would not honor US HAC 10 year parts and labor warranty. They stopped all communication when I brought it up multiple times. 2. A toilet leak. A technician came out and seemed to diagnose the problem using just his experience. He didn’t want to charge me $700 to remove the toilet and diagnose a problem that he didn’t think existed . He told me how to solve it myself. I trusted his expertise, saved money, and seemed to solve the problem. Until 3 months later, there was a mushroom growing in the corner behind the toilet. The leak was plugged but not fixed. Called him back and he still didn’t want to take the toilet out because he didn’t think there was an issue. I finally convinced him to for a $700 charge (remove, diagnose, reinstall). Found a crack in the toilet immediately after removing. Proceeded to quote me $1400 for a new toilet that they would provide, or $700 if we provided one from Home Depot but that would not have any product or installation warranty. Keep in mind that he already charged us $700 to only remove the old toilet since he never reinstalled it. He said none of that cost would count towards the new toilet being installed, bringing the total quote to $2100 for a new toilet. He also recommended a new water heater. My wife and I picked up a new toilet from Home Depot and installed it ourselves — totaling less than $200. In total, $700 to remove a toilet and $2k for a mold company to come in and get rid of all the mold and mushrooms because he didnt fix it the first time. I would not recommend Pro Tech to anyone!

I sent in a request to who I thought was home advisors and they partner with Angi list contractors. This company is the worst nightmare!! They are liars and the manager does not return calls. They did some electrical work for me and one of the technicians caused a ton of damage to my property. They damaged my 60 in tv to the point it will not turn on, they damaged a bedroom tv, they damaged an Xbox. They fried my adt panel to the point adt security had to come out to my home to replace the panel and re program all of the sensors in my home. Spectrum had to come out because they had blown an amp and left my family without Internet service and landline for close to 48hrs. They forgot to re attach the wiring to my dryer They damaged my exterior security lights and had to re run wires. DirectTV tech came to my home and had to replace a cable box because it was fried. My ring door bell was damaged and adt had to replace the adapter. My power was off for at least 8-12 hrs two days in a roll as the food in my freezer and refrigerator was going bad. They have not even begun to talk to me about replacing my damaged items. I am not sure how they got such great reviews but there electric is Horrible!!!! Stay far far far away!! I contacted Angi List and told them never ever contact me with any of their so call contractors!! If I could give this company a negative 👎-20 I would but I select one , but this company does not deserve even one. I must admit, since this post, Max, the general manager resolved all of my concerns. He went far and above expectations to correct all issues. Since being in communication with Max, I feel comfortable utilizing more of their available services. Thank You so much Max!!! I used this service again because of Colis the electrician. But, this company is AWFUL!! First, in my contract, I was told they were going to pull permits!! They completely did the work as of 3/20/22 , but Never not once pull permits!! I called to schedule an inspection with the City and they just got the application today 4/12/22 almost month later!! I have had the techs out multiple times post installation and now the Company refuses to come out. I paid them over 18000.00 for sloopy, leaking, malfunctioning split units. The techs left exposed copper wire to my compressor, one of the units were leaking in the room, another one is flashing P6 , they are trying to convince me it’s 23 seer when the website states 19.8 seer, left gaps or openings to the white liners!! List goes on!! One of the units would not turn on it showed a negative sign. Keep your money and stay away from this company!! Management is horrible!! I have been in conversations with management , and we are in the process of trying to resolve the issues. They have agreed to a partial refund, but we are still trying to resolve the concerns with the warranty.
