It was a long day getting our new AC/Heating system. Cosmos & Carlton will let's say I will adopt them, courteous, smiling, laughing it was heartwarming, and they worked hard all day to make sure everything was in properly. I had the pleasure of meeting with David. He was very personable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The two things that were most important to me were financing options and warranty coverage, and he provided clear information on both. I was also impressed by the quick turnaround time, with installation scheduled within 24 hours. While I feel I may be paying a little more than some other quotes, the peace of mind that comes with the financing, warranty, and responsive service makes it worth it. Overall, I feel confident in my decision and appreciate the excellent customer service.

I am doing this review today to let others know about Cool Today and the fantastic job they do with my home a/c system , plumbing and electric needs since they opened offices in orlando a few years ago . They offered me a fantastic price on a new install of the complete AC system and do all the service calls needed to keep it running smooth t They some of the best service providers I’ve experienced over the many years I’ve lived in Orlando . They do a complete and comprehensive service call down to the small details like parking their work van in the street not in your driveway , to eliminate the possibility of leaving an oil stain , and it’s attractively painted with the Cool Today logo and phone number so you know who they are. The technicians advise you by text or email before arrival time so you know when they are coming. they even put covers on their shoes before entering your home and a smile on their face ! What refreshing little things . My last tech Fernando worked till dark to get my issue resolved , And was happy to do it . He thanked me and said it was his pleasure and I believe him . And the service call & parts cost me nothing , zero, all included in my warranty plan! All the techs that I have come in contact with at Cool Today are all customer oriented wanting to help you , the customer. I’ve also used the CoolToday Plumbing service to clear a drain and the Electrical division to replace a breaker in the past and Both are equally as efficient . Give them a call when you have a need and check out their website for special savings offers for all of their services , they are a top notch company to work with .

Our A/C went out and we needed a new company. This service came highly recommended by the Grok app which compared all the categories for us. Our tech, Tom, came out within hours. He was fantastic. My A/C skillset is on par with about a five year old, and explained exactly what he was doing and why and spoke with my husband via phone also. We feel very confident in the service provided and set up an annual plan. That’s included in the cost of repair I selected for this visit. Good people.
