American Air truly works hard to earn your business! We went out for 7 quotes, and they absolutely blew the competition away! Not only with pricing, but also with their rebates and quality guarantees. What stood out even more was their outstanding, no-pressure customer service. If you’re looking for honest, upfront communication from a small local business, Project Manager Adam is your guy! Our installation team, Ryan, Kyle, and Carlos made the entire furnace and heat pump installation process incredibly easy. They were kind, respectful in our home, kept a close eye out for our puppies while going in and out, and always took the time to answer our questions. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful two days exceptionally pleasant. We’re looking forward to many cool summers ahead!

Amazing work and fast installation! Everybody has been super friendly ultra knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Special thanks to Clayton, Jordan, Jose, and Melissa. Oh and a quick shoutout to Nathan for working hard to get my 20+ year old system going again. One more addition shoutout, thank you Anthony for getting the propane conversion done and the tutorial on the thermostat! Great company and very attentive.

I contacted American Air back in March to help me figure what’s plagued my system since new. Multiple contractors have been out to fix it only for it to stop working again shortly after. I was promptly contacted by BJ and we discussed my issues and he sent Dylan out shortly there after. It’s now July with 99F+ days and I’m happy to report our upstairs AC is working better than when we bought the house. It’s finally keeping up and comfortable. Dylan was great to work with, methodical, explained each step and his logic behind it. Legitimately discussed tradeoffs of choices and never tried to “upsell”. 100% would use them again. Best of yet it finally seems fixed.

We have had a really great experience with American Air from start to finish. Our aging furnace was acting up, and they sent out a technician (Nathan?) who was able to figure out the issue and get it up and running again quickly. He was very thorough, kind, and explained everything so that I could understand it, and I never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't need. We decided on our own to look into options for a new system. So Adam came out and spent a lot of time explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. He was very kind, personable and never pushy which we appreciated. Clayton, Jose, and Anthony were our installers and all of them were also very professional and attentive and did a great job. Thanks to the whole team for all the time spent answering our questions and helping the whole process go seamlessly!

Great experience from start to finish! Jordan came to do estimate he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Ryan and Jose did the install on all our stuff. It was a very hot day and they made sure to get our air going for us for the first night as they still needed to do a few things the next day. Melissa in office was prompt to do all rebates for us as well. As a whole, The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while installing our new heat pump and furnace. They arrived on time, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The quality of their work was excellent, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
