Amazing work and fast installation! Everybody has been super friendly ultra knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Couldn’t ask for a better team. Pheww — there truly aren’t enough words to express how amazing the service was from start to finish! We have had a really great experience with American Air from start to finish. Our aging furnace was acting up, and they sent out a technician (Nathan?) who was able to figure out the issue and get it up and running again quickly. He was very thorough, kind, and explained everything so that I could understand it, and I never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't need. We decided on our own to look into options for a new system. So Adam came out and spent a lot of time explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. He was very kind, personable and never pushy which we appreciated. Clayton, Jose, and Anthony were our installers and all of them were also very professional and attentive and did a great job. Thanks to the whole team for all the time spent answering our questions and helping the whole process go seamlessly!

We had a new AC installed at our rental property by Kris and Clayton, and they were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, on time, professional, and got everything done efficiently with no issues at all. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and they made it incredibly easy on us. Very happy with the two projects we completed with American Air. From start to finish, their team was professional and delivered high-quality work. They clearly explained all available rebates and honored them—something I really appreciated, especially after seeing other providers inflate system prices because of those same rebates. Anthony and his team approach their work with real pride and attention to detail, treating each project like a piece of art and making sure everything is done right.
