Worried we had to switch out the entire garbage disposal unit. Nick took a look at the breaker and showed us which switch to fix. He was very kind and polite through the chaos of our little family. Had a great sense of professionalism. Adored the animals which is always a nice touch. I would highly recommend AAA Service plumbing. Everyone I have been in contact with was absolutely incredible. Very reasonably priced and their subscriptions seems quite nice if require frequent repairs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about AAA Service Plumbing, especially “Andrei.” My family is incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and compassion we experienced during a very stressful situation. Right before the 4th of July, we discovered our water heater had been leaking throughout our basement, leaving us without hot water. Since AAA Service had helped us before, I scheduled an appointment online that evening, and a technician arrived the next morning. After seeing how serious the issue was, he called Andrei to assist. From the moment Andrei arrived, he was kind, patient, and thorough. He explained the condition of our failing water heater, pipes, and valves, even using a camera to show us the rust inside the tank that had been causing the brown water from our faucets and shower. He answered every question and made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. After reviewing our options, I explained that I had recently been laid off and, despite receiving severance, our finances were extremely tight. We couldn’t qualify for financing, and family wasn’t able to help. Even so, Andrei chose to move forward with replacing our water heater so we could have hot water again, giving us until the following week to pay. Unfortunately, even after my husband withdrew money from his 401K, I was only approved to withdraw a small portion of my 401k funds—far less than expected. We were devastated and worried we wouldn’t be able to pay the remaining balance. Instead of adding to our stress, Andrei showed incredible compassion. After speaking with management, he arranged a payment plan for the remaining balance, reassuring us that everything would be okay. That level of understanding and flexibility is incredibly rare, and it meant more to our family than words can express. The installation team was equally outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything and truly cared about helping us. Losing my job and then facing a major home repair has been overwhelming, but AAA Service—and especially Andrei—treated us with compassion instead of judgment. If you’re looking for an honest company that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend AAA Service. If you have the opportunity, ask for Andrei. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely cares about helping people. Thank you, Andrei, and thank you to everyone at AAA Service. God bless you all. I am leaving this review because the company reached out asking for my feedback a second time. While the initial technician was friendly and knowledgeable, the overall experience was highly unprofessional. The pricing felt exorbitant—including a $5,000 quote just to clean a single AC unit so it would "last more than the summer." The biggest red flag came when their manager arrived to quote me for a full system replacement. When I told him I would need to discuss the final number with my wife, he refused to give me the price at all, insisting he needed to "explain each point to her" himself. I immediately ended the appointment. Paid the service fee but got nothing fixed. The worst part, however, was the aftermath. The technician left my AC unit disassembled with the breaker out and the wiring and capacitor exposed. He even took the screws needed to close the cover with him, which was incredibly negligent as it rained that night. I hired a different company the next day who successfully fixed the original issue and also had to reassemble the parts the first technician left out of place inside my furnace. Too much focus on high-pressure upselling, and not enough focus on actual repair. I do not recommend them.
