I had a great experience with the technician who came out to handle our plumbing repair. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and got straight to work the moment he arrived. I was especially impressed by how fully prepared he was for what I expected to be a difficult repair; he had every tool and part required for the job on hand, completing the repair quickly and efficiently in a single visit. On top of the incredibly timely service, the pricing was very reasonable with no unexpected costs. It is rare to find service this reliable and honest, and I highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling them again for any future needs.

After a nightmare of an experience with another plumbing service, I decided to call Len the Plumber. I am SO HAPPY I made this call!! They were professional and courtesy from the 1st call. The tech that came out, on time I might add, was knowledgeable and professional! He removed my garbage disposal in no time and the work looks great! The price was reasonable too!! No mess left behind! Thank you Dominick for your exceptional work! If anyone is in need of a plumber save yourself some aggravation and just call LEN THE PLUMBER! You won’t be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. Although I believe the overall price was too expensive. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the issue, answered all of my questions, and completed the work efficiently. It’s refreshing to have someone who is not only skilled but also courteous and respectful of my home. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

I am so glad I called and scheduled an appointment with Len The Plumber Heating & Air. The dispatch office worked with my schedule and kept me well informed about when I could expect the technician. The plumber that they sent was Len Feldman. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He was highly skilled, courteous, and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problems immediately. Len clearly explained everything that needed to be done, completed all work promptly and successfully as promised and for the price agreed. I will definitely use the company’s services in the future, recommend Len The Plumber Heating & Air to my family and friends, and suggest they request Len Feldman.
