Shaun and Lou were great. Great customer service and work ethic. Got the job done quick with no issues. Highly recommend for your electrical needs. Had to have a new line ran from the box to the water heater, and have the water heater disconnect installed.

I cannot say enough great things about the service I received. From the moment Dan walked into my home, he treated both my space and my family with the utmost respect. That immediately set the tone for a truly positive experience. I had been dealing with a slow leak under my kitchen sink and, despite my best efforts to fix it myself, I just couldn’t get it resolved. Dan quickly identified exactly where the leak was coming from and took the time to clearly explain the issue to me. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he educated me about the problem instead of just jumping straight to an expensive solution. What impressed me most was his integrity. He let me know it was a simple fix and reassured me that it did not require spending over $400. Instead of pushing for unnecessary repairs, he coached and guided me through what needed to be done and helped me solve the issue. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare. On top of that, when I tried to tip him for his help, he kindly refused and told me to put the money into my 13-month-old’s college fund instead. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. Dan restored my faith that there are still genuinely good, honest people out there. Thank you, Dan, for your help, your kindness, and your integrity. It truly made a difference.

It’s not often that I take the time to write a review of the work that I contracted to have done. However, the work that was completed by Guaranteed Services, was superior and I think it’s important to make everyone aware of that. I had several items/problems on my list and Chaz Tropea was the perfect technician for the job. He was very professional, and he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that were easy for me to understand. He was very patient and had to repeat some things more than once. Chaz was personable and very proficient at his job. He was extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise and he proved this by easily answering all of my many questions. He showed a genuine desire to help me with all of the problems on my list. And finally, Chaz performed a perfect cleanup job before he left my home. Guaranteed Services is a well run company and my first choice to call the next time I need work done in my home. Chaz Tropea is my “go to guy” the next time I contact Guaranteed Services. Guaranteed came to do an electrical upgrade on all my outlets , switches and ran several new receptacles. Domenic and Shawn were very informative about the work they were performing, Asked questions about placement of receptacles. Explained what issues were and how they were fixing it . Phillip who came to spec out and quote the job was professional and listened to exactly what we wanted to be done . Definitely a class act all the way.

I had an excellent experience with our duct cleaning technician, Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain exactly what we needed, breaking everything down in terms I could easily understand. I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. He also offered multiple options for repair, which helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Overall, his professionalism and expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
