Jake and Chris were very friendly and professional! They completely explained the current situation with our tankless water heater and provided recommendations as to how to make our system more efficient. Very happy customer:)

The service itself was outstanding. Management decisions and responses could be better. We received a lower estimate from another company. When asked if they would meet in the middle somewhere I was told it was a "hard no." Although we weren't happy, not only with the decision but the wording of the answer, we went with them anyway because we really liked the service tech, Kevin, who came out and gave the estimate. We asked if he could do the work and he did an outstanding job!

I had an issue where although I didn’t have a “plumbing” problem I did need a licensed plumber to come and confirm that it was not plumbing. I called Parthenon plumbing after hearing about them from my co-worker, and not only has everyone been so kind and professional, but I had someone out to my house less than 12 hours of my calling! I would highly recommend this company, and will def be using them should I truly have a plumbing need in the future. Thank you so much for fast and professional service! It is so very appreciated during this very stressful time for our family!!!

I scheduled a septic line video inspection. The associate will knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient and informative. At my request, he added a service without having to reschedule to another day and adjusted the price to make the service reasonable.

Stanton was wonderful. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Since This has happened several years ago I explained the situation, we discussed it and He resolved the drain problem.
