Our old and poorly installed water heater expansion tank exploded. Kevin helped us get a new Essency water heater installed the next day. Installation day was quick and easy. We are happy with this product, it is a nice home upgrade with a longer life expectancy than a conventional water heater. I feel good knowing it will provide more hot water and better energy efficiency.

Hayden was prompt on the emergency we had and discussed all the details with us. We were very impressed and happy with all the recommendations! We decided the membership is truly worth it, and now have a peace of mind with plumbing, and heating on our house all year-round. We just bought the house in April, and are now fully covered with any incidents, and are confident in their timeliness! We do have a house warranty that covers everything else, and this was much faster then the warranty would have taken care of things. Thank you for your honesty and knowledgeable information!

Big shout out to Stanton, Tom and Carrie for helping us during Nashville's recent ice storm. Thank you to Stanton for coming to our house the day after the storm, assessing the pipe situation and advising us to keep the faucets running on both cold and hot to prevent our pipes from freezing.
