We had a mini split out in our bonus room above the garage. So much better than the PTAC we had up there. The cooling seems to be more even and the unit is so much more quieter. The installers were polite and worked diligently to get the job done. Everything was cleaned up you couldn’t tell they were here. Definitely happy with sales and service.

My review is about the scheduling and communication, not the service. Maynard has always provided excellent service and their technicians are great. However, since they switched to AI to schedule appointments things have gone downhill. I scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago, and was told the tech would arrive between noon & 5. No one came. At 4:45 I called and see to the AI Chatbot "Dane" and was told someone would call me. No. One. Called. Ever. I figured my appointment was lost in the AI ether, and forgot about it and planned to call another service. Then, this morning (8 days after the original appointment) we got a text saying the tech is arriving in a few minutes. Surprise! Luckily I was home. The tech was even confused about the scheduling. He did the inspection and service fine. But I had other things on my schedule today I had to juggle and/or move around. I can't deal with a company whose appointments are chosen on a roulette wheel without updating the customer. Dump the A.I.!!

Problem with air conditioning was diagnosed quickly. The repair was also completed quickly. Rich explained everything very well so we could understand. He was very pleasant and eager to help. Maynard is the company we always call.

Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling was incredibly honest and arrived exactly on time. The plumber was reliable, skilled and very professional throughout the entire visit. I appreciated the thorough leak detection and the great drain cleaning they performed. Their honesty, punctuality and professionalism make them my go‑to plumbing contractor. Excited to call them again for my next HVAC service.

Maynard installed new A/C unit and furnace for me. My old unit went out in the middle of summer (last week of July). House was super hot. I called Maynard and got a haggle free quote. There was a little backlog before the install, so they also graciously supplied me a portable A/C unit until the install. Installation was 1 day. Home is cool now. Unit looks good. Thanks Maynard!
