We had a mini split out in our bonus room above the garage. So much better than the PTAC we had up there. The cooling seems to be more even and the unit is so much more quieter. The installers were polite and worked diligently to get the job done. Everything was cleaned up you couldn’t tell they were here. Definitely happy with sales and service.

Kevin was our technician that came out.it was very embarrassing because i had the thermostat to heat im half blind and so is my husband he thought he turned it to cool. But Kevin was so kind and considerate i recommend him to everyone he is a great judge of character and very well mannered. He check my unit and fix the low freon thank you Kevin. Your much appreciated

I called Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling because my HVAC was not working properly and I was worried about staying cool this summer. From the first phone call the team was friendly and kept me updated on when a technician would arrive. The technicians arrived slightly later than expected but explained the issue clearly, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the regular text messages letting me know the progress and confirming the completion of the repair. The whole experience was smooth and without hassle– the best communication I’ve had with a HVAC contractor in a long time. Afterwards I feel confident my home will stay cool and I would definitely call them again for any future HVAC service.
