My thermostat went dead right at the start of a heat wave. I texted Sedgwick, they responded within minutes. They were able to get me on the books same day. The tech Miles was respectful, knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. All in all from the moment I texted to my issue being resolved, it took 3 hours. Incredible service. Thank you!!

Miles was terrific. He took the time to walk me through the maintenance he was performing on both my furnace and air conditioner, and honestly, that level of transparency and confidence is rare these days. Instead of rushing through the appointment, he explained how the system works, what he was checking, what looked good, and what I should keep an eye on in the future. You can tell when someone truly knows their craft, and Miles absolutely does. He was professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was “in the way” for asking questions or wanting to learn. By the end of the visit, I not only felt confident that the work was done correctly, but I also felt more comfortable understanding and managing my HVAC system moving forward. Bases on this experience I feel as though Sedgwick Heating & Cooling hires people who care about both quality work and customer education. I definitely chose the right company for my HVAC services, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional technicians.

Highly recommend. The technician did a thorough inspection and identified the issue. He came out in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday). Very reasonably priced.

My appointment was for 8-12, and Jeremy called at about 7:50am and said he would arrive in 20-25 minutes. He arrived about 8:10 and got right to work on my humidifier, which has been acting up ever since I got a new furnace installed a few years earlier. He determined that the sensor on my old humidifier basically wasn’t playing well with the newer furnace, and offered to do some re-wiring in order to have the humidifier turn on and off at more appropriate times. He also checked the functionality and safety of my furnace, hot water heater etc. He also quoted me a price for a new humidifier and advised me that it would be less expensive if installed at the same time as air conditioner replacement (which may need to be done soon). So now my humidifier should be working more appropriately, and I have important pricing info if I choose to replace it, as it is 23 years old. All told, a very satisfactory maintenance visit.

Our air-conditioning went out over the Fourth of July weekend. We had a call into four providers Just to try and get some relief from the heat and see who would rescue us first. The short answer is none of them except Sedgwick We got a call back within 30 minutes with a firm commitment on a holiday weekend that allowed us plan our day. Cameron called us 15 minutes earlier than expected and committed to an arrival time which He was also early for. It took him five minutes to diagnose the AC problem and About the same amount of time to fix it knowledgeable, professional, and highly service oriented. we were back up and running with cold air in 30 minutes At a highly reasonable price There is no other call that I would make If I have a heating or cooling issue in the future Exceeded every expectation I had While the other providers failed to even Deliver the basics Stellar experience. Stellar technician Stellar service Will recommend to everyone, I know. if you draw Cameron as your pro you’re in great hands.
