Nick did a great job of updating plumbing valves in my unit. In the case of a tricky piping situation he redesigned the configuration to work for the space given. He was timely, and helpful by checking other valves in my unit to ensure they were in good working order and by reaching out to the restoration company associated with this case to come out and communicate regarding potential upgrades to the rest of the project. He was friendly and professional throughout. I would recommend Nick as a competent and trustworthy plumber. I don’t know the price of this portion of the project as it hasn’t been submitted to the HOA yet, as the project is ongoing.

I cannot describe how satisfied we are with the quality and timeliness of the service that Nick, Josh, and the rest of the crew provided. I’m proud to have retained the services of MSP because they not only care about their costumers, & quality of work, but also their most important asset, their friendly and professional staff. I will definitely use the pros of MSP in future projects!

The install of our Mitsubishi mini split went very well. Unit was placed where we wanted it both inside and outside. The electrical team was also excellent.

MSP did an urgent repair of two cracked and leaking waste pipes into our main line under concrete in 2019. This summer we began having water seaping up from the 2nd waste line concrete floor area (which caused water damage)... After a camera inspection and now a plumber having dug out the area for a permanent fix, they found a jack hammer hole in the top of the main line that MSP’s plumber caused (see red handled tool sticking into line!)and obviously MSP’s plumber did not repair the hole before sealing up with concrete AND the tie in was not done well and is failing/sagging. Do not use MSP for plumbing issues! Stick with small businesses whom care and do great work.

Dan was on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and showed me an additional leak that I had overlooked. He replaced the leaky brass drain with PVC. Dan was friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.
