This tech was very knowledgeable and got the system operational. Hopefully this time the heat will continue to work🤞. The second duct was also closed. So let’s hope the system will not notify me again about a serious malfunction. Good thing is Presidential Air did not charge me again for the problem that I called them on originally.

Gina and the techicians were amazing. Very supportive and understanding of the urgency to have the heating fix due to crazy cold weather. The techs were thorough and explained to us the cause of the problem. We also appreciate them being aware of the presence of little children so they kept the work area clean and dust free. Highly recommend Presidential HAC services for anyone in the DMV. Keep up the great work guys.

Our service technician Michael __ was very knowledgeable about a/c systems and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our a/c system and installed two new capacitors and our a/c system started and operated smoothly. Prompt efficient service and suggestions for maintaining the a/c system were greatly appreciated. Great service from a great a/c technician. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We were having trouble getting a tech from other companies out to our condo building in DC to check out our water source heat pump HVAC system due to lack of parking. Presidential was happy to help, sending someone out within 24 hours on the weekend. The tech they sent - Ayite - was amazing. Professional, personable, and clearly explained the issue. He was able to fix the system same-day with a clear, upfront price with a part in his car. The price was fair and service was amazing. We won't use any other HVAC company after this great experience - we're a Presidential home now!

I want to start by noting that if you look at my review history, you will see that I only take the time to leave positive reviews. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review. Until now. Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning installed a Daikin mini split system in my home that has never worked correctly since installation. After four service visits spanning nearly seven weeks, the system remains completely non-functional.Along the way I was charged $578 for a repair that failed within days. I have been promised callbacks that never materialized. I have been told the parts needed are on backorder with no estimated arrival date. And I have received no accountability, no urgency, and no resolution. I would advise that you stay away from this company. Presidential does not stand behind its work. One final note. I fully expect a response to this review asking me to call a number or reach out directly. Please do not. I have called and emailed repeatedly throughout this process. The issue is not a lack of communication on my part. The issue is a lack of action on yours.
