Excellent service. My AC stopped working and I was able to get a same day appointment. Leroy showed up within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. My cat and I are grateful.

We had a great experience with Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning from start to finish. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. The installation team was excellent (Alex, Richard and Walter) professional, courteous, hardworking, and very respectful of our home. We were especially impressed that management came out before the work started to go over the job on the day of, review the ductwork modifications, and make sure everyone was on the same page and the installation was done correctly. We had two complete HVAC systems replaced along with ductwork modifications, and you could tell the entire team cared about doing the job right rather than simply getting it done quickly. They kept us informed, paid attention to the details, and cleaned everything up when finished. Very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Presidential Heating & Air Conditioning.

This tech was very knowledgeable and got the system operational. Hopefully this time the heat will continue to work🤞. The second duct was also closed. So let’s hope the system will not notify me again about a serious malfunction. Good thing is Presidential Air did not charge me again for the problem that I called them on originally.

When our HVAC went down on a Sunday evening, Presidential was able to come out the next day. The tech, Daniel, was such a nice guy and walked us through everything step by step with pictures. He laid out our options in a clear way and even told us what he'd recommend in our position. Really helpful and got our HVAC working again quickly

First they said the inverter, then the fan but my upstair unit is still not fixed. I set the temperature at 70 degrees but it reads 77. I have been with them for a long time and their services have been poor in the last few years. Their technicians are inexperienced. Very disappointing.

"We have had three, separate issues with our old, difficult to access AC system. Our regular service contractor failed us miserably a few years back, and I called Presidential in desperation. Not only did they get our system back up and running, but did so on the same day I called (it was a Saturday, to boot). Two subsequent AC failures ended with the same result; system back to operation in short order. Each time we have an issue with this old set-up, I think it will be the end. Presidential has saved the day, and my wallet, on each occasion. When it dies for good, I know who I am going to call for a replacement."
