Leroy and his assistants were amazing l! They were able to guide me and assist me with all my family needed to feel heat again. The professionalism was exhilarating . Each associate was super professional and seemed to care about the job they completed. We are most grateful!

Gina and the techicians were amazing. Very supportive and understanding of the urgency to have the heating fix due to crazy cold weather. The techs were thorough and explained to us the cause of the problem. We also appreciate them being aware of the presence of little children so they kept the work area clean and dust free. Highly recommend Presidential HAC services for anyone in the DMV. Keep up the great work guys.

I’m happy we chose presidential. Rinard was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He fixed our hvac unit out in the cold when it was 15 degrees. Thank you! We appreciate your hard work and thank you for your service. Gina was very helpful too and answered my questions patiently and was able to order the parts we needed quickly. I initially met with Juan who walked me through the replacement of the boiler. He explained everything I needed to know, including financing. He was readily available for my questions about the whole process, which was appreciated. They were able to order and install in a very quick time frame. The installers, Jose, Richard and Walter were wonderful. They were total professionals and took the time to walk me through everything, including the new thermostat. Pleasure to deal with all of them.

Tech was AWESOME (Rinard). Overall, Presidential was great to deal with. A few hiccups, but Presidential was fair & took good care of us. Can’t ask for more than that. Appreciate it.
