I had routine A/C maintenance completed by Lucas, and the experience was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. He even helped make sure my thermostat was properly configured for my system, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with Grove Heating & Cooling. I wish there were more technicians like Lucas. Thank you!

Grove installed my Mitsubishi Split garage unit 10 years ago, and It recently faltered. Grove tech Derrick, MacGyvered a temporary fix and order the new part, which was still under warranty. Returning the next week, he restored the unit to full operation. I recommend Grove for installation and repair, they are all pro, pleasant and capable.

Experience was great. Had some AC issues right in the thicket of Major July heat. They were able to do a emergency call since they supported off hours - The technician Derek was super cool. Explained everything and I was back up and running and maybe half hour. Explained how I could troubleshoot it for the next time as well. + Offered if I had any questions to give them a call. Would definitely recommend if you are having HVAC issues

Grove Heating & Air Conditioing service was exceptional during the heatwave. Derrick, my technician followed through by troubleshooting my entire AC outside unit, installed a new wall thermostat (I asked for) and tested the gas furnace blower motor. It was discovered my blower motor had failed. Gove AC ordered the correct part and installed the new furnance motor that evening. The unit is working up to capacity by keeping my house cool. I'm very happy with Grove and would recommend them to anyone for a reliable heating or AC contractor. Thank you!

Excellent service as always. Had a AC power issue (cut line; expensive mistake) needing swift attention. Contacted Grove’s after hours support line and a technician was deployed to my home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed my issue, made the necessary repairs, and ensured proper functionality.
