⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding HVAC Experience with Grove HVAC I recently had Grove HVAC replace my 30+ year old HVAC system with a new Rheem two-stage heat pump and variable-speed air handler, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, Larry was exceptional. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different equipment options, and never pressured me into upgrading to something I didn't need. He listened to my concerns about airflow, comfort on the second floor, humidity control, filtration, and long-term operating costs, and helped design a system that addressed all of them. The installation crew was equally impressive. Their workmanship was outstanding. They didn't just swap equipment—they improved the overall system. They enlarged the return air drop, installed a 4-inch AprilAire media filter cabinet, added a basement return and supply for better airflow management, relocated the outdoor unit, and left everything looking neat, professional, and well thought out. The ductwork transitions and overall installation quality exceeded my expectations. The new system is dramatically quieter than my old unit, airflow throughout the house is noticeably improved, and the entire installation looks clean and professionally executed. It's obvious that the installers take pride in their work. What impressed me most was that Grove focused on doing the job correctly rather than simply replacing equipment. They paid attention to airflow, return sizing, filtration, comfort, and overall system performance. If you're looking for an HVAC company that combines knowledgeable sales support, quality equipment, and skilled installers who care about the details, I highly recommend Grove HVAC. Excellent service as always. Had a AC power issue (cut line; expensive mistake) needing swift attention. Contacted Grove’s after hours support line and a technician was deployed to my home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed my issue, made the necessary repairs, and ensured proper functionality.

Grove is an amazing company. Derrick was my technician and he was knowledgeable and polite. Diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, ordered the correct part and was back within a week to make a final repair. Meanwhile got the heat working on emergency heat until he could get back. Highly recommend!

Called Monday night, Dave came out. Pretty sure he blew my mother board by putting in a tester fuse, but can’t prove it, all I can say is that the Board was fine, he put a new fuse in and then a strong electric smell happened, I ask him what is that?!?! He said he wasn’t sure. Not filling me with confidence. When I called you for help, all that was happening was the gas wasn’t igniting. So there’s that, that’s how I feel. So Tuesday the parts are ordered. I called pretty much every day to check on progress. I realize it was two to three “working” days but I was hopeful. I got upset, said some awful things to the poor girl that handled my call, I had to call her back and apologize, she handled me with professionalism and should be given a bonus for putting up with me. Friday I call. Third day right? Well it seems they got the part in but didn’t let anybody know, so you can guess what happened, Monday before I can have heat. My husband and father passed this year..I lied to Dave, telling him my husband was asleep, anyway so everyone is coming to my house to help me get though this… they started coming in over the weekend.. I’m wreaked. So Monday is here, Arrow did an outstanding job, I have heat.. it took a whole week. Man.. good think I have a fireplace. So how do I feel? Well I think someone dropped the ball Friday, can any of this be fixed? No.. do I have heat.. yes, so job is done. Thank you to the employees that went through this with me, JP, I’m sorry I cried when you told me it would be Monday before the repair, you did great getting through to me!
