Based on recent service call and quote for entire tankless system I give NH Ross a solid 5 rating. Both the technician, John, and sales rep., Jose were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Our cast iron boiler did the job for the last 23 years, however, recently the unit was costing us money so with the guidance of John @ Jose and some research we opted to go with the tankless system. This is an investment so prepare to spend some bucks but based on everything I was told these systems are worth the outlay. Installation is tomorrow so hopefully I will add additional positive comments. 🤞🙏 So installation is complete, took entire day Monday then another few hours on Tuesday. Lead tech Ty is fantastic, awesome professional. Unfortunately he was accompanied by inferior help yet was able to provide a clean installation time will tell if the system lives up to expectations. Now on the sales side, honestly thought I was buying a car not a heating system. Typical sales man comes in and if the sale isn’t instantaneous the old let me call the manager trick. After a brief conversation about my “needs” manager put is on hold and when he got back on $5k was cut off the price IF, cash deal, IF the installation was Monday, please note this was Saturday when we got the quote. Amazing how the manager was available on a Saturday but not on Monday when I called to ask a question about a water softening system, still have not received a call back but I’m not holding my breadth not to I care to get a call back. My advice to anyone dealing with their sales team, do your homework and DON’T let them pressure you for a fast decision. So, Ty the tech gets 5 stars, sales ah!

I had an excellent experience with my technician Kevin F. He arrived ontime, was very professional, courteous and charismatic. He took his time and explained how the hvac system works, explained issues and repairs, he made sure my system was running perfectly. Kevin also taught me how to properly read and use the thermostat. It shows he took pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. My system is running much better now and I’m so happy. I’m so satisfied with the service I became a club member. I highly recommend NH Ross or Kevin F to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and reliable HVAC service or technician.

Very happy with the install of my new Mitsubishi mini split system. The salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. Thanks Bob! The install guys Eli and Christian were exceptional and did a great job. Clean professional and knowledgeable explained everything took their time to do the job right. Dealing with the office was a joy, everyone involved were a pleasure to deal with. A very nice company to do business with which sadly these days isn't as common as it once was. Thanks to all who made the experience a great one. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I had an excellent experience with Ross. The representative who took my phone call was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I requested a morning appt for the next day and sure enough, the technician came a little after nine. They even sent me text and picture of Paul when he was on his way. Paul was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed my dimmer switch in a snap. Moving forward I will use Ross for all my electrical and plumbing needs.

Dan G did a check of the heating unit and did the maintenance needed. He also checked my carbon monoxide alarm and saw that it expired. I ordered two more. He suggested I put one where I sleep. He does a very good job of explaining the unit and what may need to be done next. Thank you Dan. Dan G did a great job. He explained the issue with the AC thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. He was patient professional and friendly. He put a temporary fix. In place. Brian and Rob came today to install the new AC unit. They were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and what was done very clearly. They took good care of the house putting down the cloths on the floor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend NH Ross! Todd was here today to check out the water heater. He was very informative on the function of the heater, the valves, and the pressure expansion tank. Thank you Todd for the education! Appreciate the time you put into it. Klivan came today to check the electrical. He was extremely patient. He explained in detail some items and i greatly appreciate it. Thank you Klivan!
