Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left. When they needed extra parts, I'll admit I thought here we go, they're gone forever. Nope. They stayed. Christian arrived in a flash, installed everything so quickly I barely noticed, and just like that, every single thing was handled, same day, one visit. Gayle. Paul. Cole. John. Christian. Every person was phenomenal. NH Ross has a customer for life. 🙌

I had a gas boiler maintenance service done today, and Todd delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. He arrived right on time, immediately demonstrating professionalism and deep knowledge of the system. He walked me through everything he was checking and gave me the peace of mind I needed, confirming that my home equipment is heating safely and efficiently. Todd also took the time to explain the Ross Anchor Club program in a way that was easy to understand, and he even provided me with a great promotion on the spot. Dan provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional and punctual, and was incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was how thorough he was, and how clearly he explained everything to me — I have zero concept of HVAC systems, and he made it easy to understand without making me feel confused or judged. Dan was also very sweet and authentically passionate about his work. You can tell he truly cares and is doing this from the heart. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and I especially appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured to commit to any large financial obligations. He gave me honest information and made sure I felt comfortable with my options. I would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone.

Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful. He has great knowledge of heat boilers and got the system back online perfectly after the repair. Just 4 hours later, the house heat was fully restored and ready for the very cold nights ahead. It wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it! Communication with the office was excellent before and after the job. Great, efficient work — one very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

Mike F. From NH Ross was OUTSTANDING! Patient, efficient, nice, prompt, and explained everything clearly. I was so impressed with his professionalism and ability to work well. I shared about having a 14 month old baby, and he was adamant that he needed to get this set so my son could have a bath without worrying (it was a shower handle cartridge replacement).
