I hired Waychofff because of my experience with AirMcCall in the past. I’m pleased to see that the service has remained excellent since the merger. The technician, Dave, provided a clear explanation of the health of my HVAC system, pictures of the pre and post cleaning, and gave good pricing on the options I was looking for. Requested maintenance to resolve an issue where our AC was no longer blowing cool air. Christian Sharp was the technician they sent out who explained with clear detail what was going wrong with the unit. We ultimately decided we were better off getting a new unit all together. We immediately scheduled an appointment with services. Tony Kurtis was the service representative that came who laid out all our options with vast amounts of information. We planned on getting more quotes from different companies, but Tony's presentation with different pricing options allowed us to make a firm and easy decision to book with them. We scheduled a next day appointment. The install team, Eddwing Duran, Jared Tittle, and Derrick Mckenzie were professional, efficient, and answered any and all questions we had. Even to the point where during the walk through of what and how the install was going to take place they didn't state a task Tony had mentioned during the service appointment. When I brought it to there attention without hesitation they went ahead and added it to the overall installation. I am impressed with the how everything turned out, the way Christian took time out to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it, how comfortable and easy it was to talk to Tony about all our different options, and of course how the installation team Eddwing, Jared, and Derrick left with no mess and a finished AC unit installation where anyone can tell that no shortcuts were taken.

This is the second division of this company that we have engaged since moving into our new home. As with the plumbing group, the HVAC group’s communication was plentiful, clear and concise. The time and care that Jomar took explaining the process and his findings to me was effective in helping me to understand how to better maintain this system. He was courteous to me and kind to the two dogs that remained quite interested in the work he did. His work was efficient and well-executed. Jomar also took the time to present the maintenance program to me and the value is recognized across all three divisions of the company. We did not hesitate to enroll. In summary, Waychoff’s truly understands customer service and their technicians are the best in the business. 10/10 recommend.

I live in Michigan and was selling my deceased mother's house. Mike and Keith were amazing to work with. We found out during the home inspection that the HVAC system wasn't working and Keith quickly came and diagnosed the system. Our buyer offered a credit that Mike wasn't able to beat and he told me straight up that I should take the buyer's offer. He got no business out of the deal but did what was in my best interest knowing that I live in Michigan and won't use his service. High integrity group. I am very grateful.
