Dustin W. has come out to my house several times, and every experience has been outstanding. He is extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my AC system in a way that's easy to understand. Every time he's been here, he's quickly identified the issue and fixed it correctly the first time. It's hard to find technicians who are this skilled and dependable. Dustin is a true lifesaver, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you for always providing excellent service!

Trace did a great job quickly assessing the problem and explaining the details and had the part on the truck to complete. Always professional, courteous and explains what to expect well. Company did well with follow up calls if they needed to change.

Reliable Ducts is truly the BEST! Will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Had another AC company come out (twice) and they told me multiple things were wrong and needed to be replaced. So I called Reliable Ducts, they figured out the main problem in one visit. The communication is top tier, the turn around time is 10/10 and the pricing is fair. Very grateful for our technician Trace, the owner Mason, and his team!
