We had such an incredible experience with Mitchell Jefferson for our air-conditioning repair! From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and truly above and beyond. He arrived very quickly after putting a ticket in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Within no time, our AC was running perfectly again. What stood out the most was the care and attention to detail. He made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving , and was so kind and friendly. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely kind. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and skilled to handle your air-conditioning needs, I cannot recommend him enough. We will absolutely be using him again in the future!

Reliable Ducts is truly the BEST! Will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Had another AC company come out (twice) and they told me multiple things were wrong and needed to be replaced. So I called Reliable Ducts, they figured out the main problem in one visit. The communication is top tier, the turn around time is 10/10 and the pricing is fair. Very grateful for our technician Trace, the owner Mason, and his team!

Mitchell and Dylan did an excellent job with my AC maintenance. They were quick, respectful of my home, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. I’m very pleased with my service account and highly recommend their work.

Dustin W. Did another amazing maintenance on our unit. He’s is friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. He also installed hard stop kit and multiple purpose surge protection device. Highly recommend these additions to keep one of your most expensive items in your house
