Let me start this review is solely based on the install of my unit. The salesman Kyle was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. However the install team was a different story. Started at 930 in the morning. Left around 1230/1 and the unit was blowing cold air instead of heat. Called and had another tech dispatched who stated the install team did not wire it correct so another installer would be out to fix it. Later on another guy arrived and was able to get it going but had to miss and entire day of work due to the incompetence of the first install team. They also did not clean up after they finished the install. For the amount of $ that was spend on a new unit you would expect that it worked right away.

I have to give a huge thank you to our AC technician Wayne. His professionalism, knowledge, and reliability are the reason I continue to use this company. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working perfectly and always takes the time to explain things clearly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and their customers the way he does. I specifically request him every time and honestly stay with the company because of the outstanding service he provides.

I had a very frustrating experience with Del-Air Heating & Air Conditioning. My AC stopped working right after a pre-planned maintenance visit on 2/26. Before the maintenance everything was working, but immediately afterward my system stopped working and I was left without air from 2/26 onward (last 3 weeks) Two technicians came out to troubleshoot and initially insisted that the issue was not related to the maintenance and blamed a bad blower motor. After several calls and follow-ups, they finally agreed to replace the blower motor. Then things got even worse. A third technician came on 3/9, but arrived with the wrong blower motor, and that too 6 hours after the service window that was initially provided. Because of that mistake, they pushed my appointment again and gave me another window four days later (3/13). On 3/13, I had a scheduled window of 8 AM – 12 PM, and I ended up spending another hour on the phone just trying to find out if a technician was actually coming. The response I received was that they did not know the technician’s timing, and I am still waiting for the technician to show up. The biggest issue with this company is the lack of urgency and empathy. I was without AC for weeks and spent at least 5 hours on the phone trying to get updates. Multiple times I was told “someone will call you back”, but no one ever did. Their AI receptionist makes it almost impossible to reach a real operator, and even when you finally get someone, they often don’t know the technician schedule or arrival time. I ended up spending days just waiting with no clear communication. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. The lack of coordination, communication, and urgency made a stressful situation much worse. I would not recommend going through this hassle and would not recommend this company to others.

Artavious was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got my AC running properly again without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest and reliable HVAC companies these days, but this team definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be using them again for future maintenance and repairs.
