Great experience so far getting through the process of assessment and replacement of our AC system. Both the initial tech who came out and the Project manager were friendly and professional. I never felt like I was just being fed a line and they seemed sincere. Ill update my review after install this Friday. So far so good though. Install went great! Both Levi and his partner did a great job. Communication throughout this process was perfect.

Excellent and I mean excellent service. Extremely thorough and attentive to what we wanted. If you are looking for an HVAC company for your home, stop looking and make an appointment with Buehler now. Ask for Kyle, he was awesome. UPDATED: went ahead and purchased before the end of the year to take advantage of the government rebates for my home. The Buehler install team came out and were absolutely phenomenal. After my experience with the project manager, I probably shouldn’t have expected anything less. You could tell they took pride in what they do. They even helped load the old system into friends truck who wanted it for their barn. Rico and Lewis were top-notch, they worked quickly and efficiently, all while answering my questions. They were easy going yet very professional and respectful, and I could tell that they took pride in their job, in their company and respected my home. The install was very clean and it actually looks great. It’s my understanding that you can have the best HVAC system money can buy, but it’s all about the install. With the Buehler team that came out to install my system I have zero doubts and I mean zero that my system was installed correctly, in keeping with best industry practices and will last. Top notch experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

I had my HVAC replaced and vents cleaned In 94° weather a few weeks ago. It cost a lot of money of course, and it also took over eight hours, but the guys that came were so awesome. They were funny. They worked hard. . (They were good looking which helps :-),) They also were so kind to my little puppies, Molly and Milli. The best experience. I had to have an adjustment to my vents a few weeks later and Toni arrived with a smile and fixed it in no time. Another kind and well presented man! So lovely to my pups as well. You have a wonderful group of people working there and I appreciate all your hard work and joyful presence. I also love your commercial. Thank you so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The company offers great pricing and is very competitive. The salesperson was knowledgeable during the quote process, but after that I felt like I had to manage everything myself. I had to follow up several times for the updated quote, discounts, appointment confirmation, and installation details. Throughout the rest of the process, I never saw the salesperson again, including on the installation day. I called but didn't get an answer, so we communicated by text about how the JEA rebate works. I did call for late night and he answer and help for finance application and I did request for appointment setup. I do want to give special thanks to the installation technicians, Larry and Derek. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire installation process, answer my questions, and guide me through everything. The installation was excellent, and they did a great job. Thank you, Larry and Derek, for making the installation experience a positive one. Overall, the company has excellent prices and quality workmanship. My only suggestion is for the salesperson to provide better follow-up and communication throughout the process so customers feel supported from start to finish. Best price in jacksonville out of 10 different hvac company.

Michael was the technician who came out to repair my AC. He called ahead before arriving, which I really appreciated. He was very polite, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the visit. Even though I had mentioned that I suspected a failed capacitor, Michael still performed a thorough inspection to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He confirmed that the capacitor was the cause of the problem and carefully completed the repair. My AC is cooling properly again. The only surprise was the total cost. Replacing the capacitor ended up costing $473, which was considerably higher than what I’ve paid for a similar repair in the past. I do wish I had been given a quote before the work was performed so I could have made a more informed decision. Overall, I was happy with Michael’s service and professionalism, but I think providing an upfront estimate would make the customer experience even better.
