Excellent and I mean excellent service. Extremely thorough and attentive to what we wanted. If you are looking for an HVAC company for your home, stop looking and make an appointment with Buehler now. Ask for Kyle, he was awesome. UPDATED: went ahead and purchased before the end of the year to take advantage of the government rebates for my home. The Buehler install team came out and were absolutely phenomenal. After my experience with the project manager, I probably shouldn’t have expected anything less. You could tell they took pride in what they do. They even helped load the old system into friends truck who wanted it for their barn. Rico and Lewis were top-notch, they worked quickly and efficiently, all while answering my questions. They were easy going yet very professional and respectful, and I could tell that they took pride in their job, in their company and respected my home. The install was very clean and it actually looks great. It’s my understanding that you can have the best HVAC system money can buy, but it’s all about the install. With the Buehler team that came out to install my system I have zero doubts and I mean zero that my system was installed correctly, in keeping with best industry practices and will last. Top notch experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

I recently had a maintenance service completed by Buehler Air Conditioning and Plumbing, and I wanted to share what was ultimately a very positive experience. During the visit, an issue came up that required additional attention. What really stood out to me was how quickly the team responded. They immediately offered to expedite service as soon as the next day. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to accommodate that timing due to my schedule, but they made it a priority and arrived first thing the following morning. The technician, Jesse, was exceptional. He was highly professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked me through the solution, and ensured everything was running smoothly before he left. His attention to detail and confidence in his work were evident from start to finish. The level of customer service and responsiveness from Buehler Air Conditioning and Plumbing was impressive, and Jesse’s outstanding service truly reflects well on the company. I would absolutely welcome him back for my next maintenance visit and would confidently recommend Bueller Air to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

If I could give this company more stars I would. Our 20+ year old AC unit died on us and we had no idea what to do in this Florida heat. Not only did they come out same day to inspect and give a quote for replacement, but the technician Kyle got us the best deal they could offer. Kyle was extremely personable and knowledgeable, talking to us as people and not a sale. The install techs Larry and Derek were very kind, efficient and informative. From every step in this process Buehler hit the mark. If you’re looking for a company to treat your family like their own look no further.

Appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently. Jerry did a great job servicing both of my Daikin units. He arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, explained what he did, and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with Buehler A/C and I recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality service provider.

Just the first call was awesome! Brandy was super helpful, and patiently answered my long list of questions, unlike a competitor who I had used before... who I liked well enough, but today the phone rep seemed more concerned about getting my email, and couldn't answer any questions, even on their own promotions. The first point of contact is soooo important, please give Brandy a raise! Based on her excellent service, and the awesome reviews, I scheduled an appointment and even purchased the maintenance plan! I will be back to review the rest when the deal is done! Update: Donovan, the tech, was awesome! Very polite, informative, and thorough! I am considering my options, which he reviewed in detail, and I love that he gave me his card, so my follow up is with him directly, not some 800 number. Bueler still keeping their 5 of 5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
