CODY THOMAS did a great job! He made sure he understood the jobs we wanted done and took time to answer any questions we had. He did all he could to keep our house air clean and his work place. Cleaned up completely before he left and showed me how the new equipment worked. Out standing job. *Price seemed high but we've not had this kind of work done lately. ** Didn't like we didn't receive written bill and have to pick one up! Should text or Email the bill. *** Liked photo of person coming to do the work!

Dain Gerberr was very professional and good and what he does. Him and his assistant worked for 4.5 hours to put my new outside AC unit and a new condenser in my furnace. They never slowed down. I wish the job would have been easier on them. They handled it in stride and just kept plugging along. Great work. My house is finally cool again and it's glorious! Dylan Brooks was also at my house to ascertain what was initially wrong with my system. He quickly discovered that it had ruptured and there was no coolant in the system at all. He gave me several choices to go forward. It's expensive. $8800.00 to replace the AC unit was way more than I thought it was going to be but what hasn't gotten more expensive. That unit was probably 30+ years old. All I know is that it was blowing 65° of wonderful air out the vents when all was said and done. Thanks guys.

Andrew Grubb and Kyan Bales installed a packaged HVAC system today for my mother’s home. They were super professional and over the top with helping me to understand what I needed to know. Thank you, SUMMERS.! They deserve a nice bonus.!!! I liked them and their work that much.!!! Jean Staker August 5, 2025 Peyton Riddler came to the house today to clean out the ducts in the crawl space. No more cobwebs, dust, spider nests and insulation. So thankful to get them cleaned. He also took extra time helping me remove old thermostats that were still hot. Thank goodness he checked them. Thanks, SUMMERS Thursday, September 4, Ramon Ortega, Hayden and Josh came to replace all the plumbing due to a continuous leak under the house. Having next day service after finding the leak was a blessing. The men were very easy to work with, helpful and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.!!! Ramon was very patient, communicative, and added higher shut off valves because I asked him too. (Thanks, Ramon) It made it easier for me to get to them. Hayden gave useful advice that paid off…regarding scrapping my mom’s copper pipes. Thanks, Guys. Very pleased…!!!! Friday, September 5, the day after our gas line was turned on, Andrew Grubb and his team were back out to turn on our heat. Thanks, Drew. After 50+ years this house now has heat. (Not space heater heating in each room.). What a blessing.! Also, we had another issue arise with a continuously running toilet. Called Summers and they sent Ramon out right away to fix it. Which he did….but the toilet was so old that we decided it would be best if we just put in a new one. Ramon went to the shop grabbed a new one and had it installed in less than an hour. What excellent service. Josh helped him as well and was an excellent source of knowledge. I ask questions while they are here about other issues I have while doing my own work. (like how to unjam a nail gun.). They are very resourceful. Love our new toilet. October 3rd I noticed only one screw was holding up my front spigot. Called Summers and they sent John right away and he fixed the issue in no time. Thank you Summers for your prompt service.!!! Thank you, Seth Johnson, for stabilizing my gas line to the range. You were very professional.!!! Thank you Summers for making right the things that needed attention.

Called last minute and someone was out within a few hours. HVAC supervisor was out helping the team due to a large amount of calls. Very knowledgeable and got the heat back running. I signed up for the monthly charge to join the regular maintenance program.

Very professional and prompt. When i contacted the company, i spoke with their virtual office assistant. The process went smoothly. I then received text updates to notify me when my technician was 20-30 minutes out and when he had arrived. Wesley White was professional and friendly. He was conscientious about not tracking snow slush on my floors which was appreciated!
