We had a small drip your water heater and I reached out to 4 different companies via Facebook messenger and Summer's was the first to call me back. They sent someone out to assess the issue and determined the tank was bad. Big plus that they were able to replace it the same day. Huge relief. The two techs that were onsite we courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the water heater they also redid the pipes and exhaust stack which was a big improvement over what the original builders did. They made sure it was installed properly and didn't cut any corners. Very happy with the results.

Trevor and his co-worker, both did an amazing job, total professional in all aspects. Complete replacement of the furnace and air conditioner. I actually didn’t expect that a two man crew would be able to do the job by themselves. I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment they arrived until they finished the job. Knowledge of the job and superb customer service! 5 Star in all aspects. I’m very very satisfied. Summers has always provided exceptional service, taking care of our home for 12 years.

They will push and make you feel awful about trying to not spend the most amount of money as they possibly can. They have service contracts, which provides a discount on their services, which are most expensive on average than other places. That service contract includes an hvac system tune up. That tune up is them coming, doing as little as they can, and trying to sell you actually doing something. My blower motor needs cleaned, and their pitches for working on it were to spend 1k to clean my whole ductwork, which is also a crazy price, since only my first floor and part of it is set up with ductwork. Why does the tune up not include cleaning the blower motor? Why did it basically only include adding some vent tape, cleaning some debris around my outside condenser unit, and fixing a problem that occurred after basic use? My guess, cause it’s a sales visit disguised as a discount. They bothered me for my FREE (not free, I paid for the service contract, it just works out as “saving” money from them cause of the 3k to install my water heater last year). I don’t recommend them, I think their installers and repairmen know what they are doing overall and did good work, but the business is set up to charge you as much as possible and push you to spend money to get new stuff from them rather than solve problems with your current equipment. I don’t care if something is getting old if it still works, pitching a new furnace and then trying to instill doubt as I say “hopefully it keeps trucking along for a few more years” with “well, I don’t know man” as you are leaving from a tune up is a salesman tactic, not a repairman tactic. I genuinely intend to never do business with them again unless I have to.

After scheduling a check up on our systems, we got the unfortunate news we needs a new AC and Heater. Not news we wanted to hear, but also not unexpected considering the units were 33 years old. Adam did a great job explaining everything and our options. He also was able to get us some money off which is always appreciated. After picking an option, we were pleasantly surprised that they could do the installation the next day. Ryan and a crew of 3, did a great job and went above and beyond fixing some other issues going on. They honestly all deserve a raise just for getting that huge, old, incredilbly heavy unit up my basement stairs.

Cody was very professional and easy to work with in preparation for water softener installation and other plumbing needs Jacob did an excellent install and replaced drains in crawl space that needed attention. Adam performed HVAC maintenance and was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining options available during his visit
