Trash company and terrible service. Find a better company that cares about their quality and service rather than just money. They took the time to write a comment on a review saying they don't know who I am but couldn't take the time to reply to my emails after their manager called and guaranteed the general manager would call me after they caused our upstairs bathroom to flood due to a poor installation and failure to install TWO condensate float switches on our almost $20K ac install LESS THAN ONE YEAR LATER! They even came out and inspected after the install and said everything is great! Yeah great until water starts leaking through the ceiling. The cost of fixing it is less than the cost of my insurance deductible so filing a claim doesn't work. Thanks for treating a disabled veteran this way. Hope you enjoy all the money I paid you to install it.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Travis with Majestic Air. He was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was that he took the time to explain everything clearly, not only to me but also to my husband, who was on the phone while at work. He made sure we both understood the situation, our options, and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes such pride in their work, and I truly appreciate the time and effort Travis put into helping us today. Professional, through and HONEST. s Salesperson, Brian gave me several options to choose from, walked me thru each one. Installation team were polite, respectful of my home and left it cleaner than before they arrived. My installation questions were answered. I've done business with Majestic since the 2000"s and their level of service continues to impress!!

Majestic A/C was a pleasure to do business with. Aaron was very friendly, fully diagnosing and explaining the issue and the repair. It took a day to receive the replacement part, but Aaron returned on a Sunday to install it and the unit is now working flawlessly. I will definitely call Majestic for all my future HVAC service needs.

Majestic AC is a great company to work with. The folks are professional, friendly and good at what they do. They take pictures of everything they see, walk me through everything in detail, and sends me everything for my record. The prices for their services are reasonable as well. They maintain both my properties through their Crown Club program which I highly recommend for their discounts. They also respond to emergencies quickly as well. I came home to a dead AC blower last night and by the next morning, they had someone out here in an hour. I’m sure my timing was lucky because I called in the morning. Again their fees for the emergency fix was reasonable. Highly recommended!!
