Fresh air just replaced our ac. Our unit was under warranty but carrier did not have our part in stock. Freshair loaned us a portable unit which kept our bedroom comfortable. It took 5 weeks and many phone calls between carrier and fresh air, and Carrier and me. In the end Carrier honored their warranty. Tonight we are cool and happy. A big thank you to Jimmy and others who went to bat for us.

Fresh Air Inc came out when our downstairs AC suddenly stopped cooling. The indoor blower was running fine, but the outdoor condenser wouldn't turn on at all. The technician did a great job troubleshooting the issue quickly, identifying a damaged/chewed control wire running from the outdoor unit to the attic. They ran a brand-new line straight to the attic air handler and got our system back up and running fast. Professional, knowledgeable, and transparent work without trying to sell unnecessary parts. Highly recommend Fresh Air Inc for any HVAC needs!

Marvin and Patrick came out and were amazing! They quickly diagnosed why our AC wasn’t cooling properly and found that the system was low on Freon. They added Freon to get it cooling again, which was such a relief! They also identified an airflow issue and took the time to explain in detail what was happening with our system, even drawing a diagram to help us understand everything. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them! -Celina

I had an excellent experience with the AC service. The technician arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and my air conditioning is now running much better than before. They left the work area clean and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the quality of the service and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or repairs.

We have been using Fresh Air for several years now. Their technicians are always courteous and thorough. We recently had them out to do an inspection on a house we are selling and thanks to the regular maintenance we have had with them our system was still in good shape.
